This classic 5 berth caravan is in good condition for its age and is priced for a quick sale. The upholstery, carpets, the body and paintwork are all in good condition. This caravan has only had 2 owners and the last of them is selling after 18 years of happy caravanning memories!

It has had a full service in June 2011, and has been regularly serviced throughout it's life and comes complete with all the manuals and paperwork. There have been no smokers in the caravan and no pets.

This caravan has an extremely practical layout. At the front, the spacious lounge area with two single beds or a large double, can be completely partitioned from the rest of the caravan for a little extra privacy. There is also a collapsable dining table stored in the central island.

In the centre of the caravan is a roomy wetroom with a Thetford cassette toilet, shower and sink. Also a  well appointed kitchen, which has a four ring gas hob, separate grill and oven, a 70l 3-way fridge with ice box and an extractor fan. There is ample food/utensil storage space and worktops.

At the rear of the caravan is a 'U' shaped sitting area which can be turned into 2 single beds or a tripple bed (the central table drops down to form the base of the bed).

All windows are fitted with independent blinds and fly-screens. There is also an exterior awning light.

The caravan comes complete with a 40l aqua roll, waste master, hitch lock, 7kg gas bottle, leisure battery, Status TV aerial, electric hook up cable, door step, spare wheel, internal water-tank, Dorema awning (with bedroom extension and breathable groundsheet), trolley, clothes dryer and shoe rack, electric kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery, pots and pans, awning furniture and various beach equipment.
