This great family single axle caravan is priced to sell - the very versatile layout has 4 berths, with two singles or a `pull out` double in the front of the caravan, and the dinette in the middle of the caravan can be transformed into bunk beds.
The front section of the caravan has a lounge area with a full width panoramic window, aircraft style overhead storage cupboards and a chest of drawers with a fold out table. The wooden slats for the pull out bed roll out from under these drawers. The lounge comfortably seats 4 people. Set into the roof of the lounge is a Heki rooflight - this gives the lounge a light and airy feel as well as plenty of ventilation when fully opened.
The well appointed kitchen has a four ring hob (gas), separate grill and oven, Electrolux 3-way fridge with a full width ice box. There is plenty of food/cooking utensil storage space, and ample worktops.
The Truma blown air heating, space heater and Ultrastore water heater both work off electric and gas. The water system is run by a Truma Crystal II water inlet and submersible pump. The caravan is fitted with both 12V and 240V lighting system. All the windows are fitted with a flyscreen and a blackout blind. The battery charger has a 20Amp output.
The very spacious end bathroom has a Thetford cassette swivel toilet, a separate large 'walk-in' shower cubicle, sink, bathroom cabinet, wardrobe and mirror.
The caravan is Cris registered. With a maximum weight of just 1240kg this caravan can be comfortably towed by an average sized family car.
There is some minor damage to the caravan all of which is superficial and could easily be repaired. The price is set to more than adequately compensate for this, as in show room condition this caravan would easily fetch more than £7000. The damage is listed below:
a) Scuff mark on body work, just in front of the wheel arch on the door side (Picture A)
b) Dent on body work, rear of caravan on the doorside (Picture B)
c) Large pieces of the bottom edge of a window cracked off - the double glazing seal still intact (Picture C)
d) Damage to lower awning track - this does not affect the ability of the track to hold the awning (Picture D)
e) The aluminium door frame is has minor scratches, the door operation is not affected by these scratches (Picture E)
A great caravan for those just starting out in the world of caravanning!
