This Bailey Pageant Bordeaux (Series 6) has been well loved and cared for and is in showroom condition. It has a very desirable layout with a fixed bed and a spacious bathroom at the rear of the caravan, a well equipped kitchen and a pull-out double or two single beds in the lounge at the front of the caravan. It has a comprehensive Bailey service history, the latest service and damp check in March 2012 (the damp check was all clear). It comes complete with lots of extras including a 3/4 length Suncamp Ultima 260 awning and Purple Line motormover with remote control. The caravan has been pet and smoke free.

The rear bedroom can be completely partitioned from the rest of the caravan, the TV station is positoned in the partitioning wall so that a TV can be viewed from either the bedroom or the front of the caravan. The thick matress has a 50mm Tempa matress topper for that little extra luxury, there is lots of overhead storage and there are 2 reading lights positoned over the bed.

The front section of the caravan has a spacious lounge area, with large aircraft style overhead storage cupboards, a small fold out table and a collapsable table which is neatly stored in its own recess. The lounge comfortably seats 4 to 6 people. Set into the roof of the lounge is a large Heki rooflight - this gives the lounge a light and airy feel as well as plenty of ventilation when fully opened.

The well appointed kitchen has a Spinflo four ring gas hob, separate grill and oven, a built in Daewoo microwave oven and a Dometic 117 litre 3-way fridge with a full width ice box. There is plenty of food/cooking utensil storage space, ample worktops and halogen downlighting. There is a Omni-vent dual action extractor fan.

The Truma blown air heating, space heater and Ultrastore water heater both are dual fuel (electric and gas). The caravan is fitted with both 12V and 240V lighting system. All the windows are fitted with a flyscreen and a blackout blind, the door has a full length flyscreen. The battery charger has a 20Amp output. There is a smoke detector and removable carpets.

There is an inbuilt CD/Radio/MP3 player, a TV station with 230V, 12V and coax aerial sockets. Mounted on the roof is a directional and telescopic 530 Status aerial (digital compatable).

The very spacious bathroom has a Thetford cassette toilet with manual flush, a separate large 'walk-in' shower cubicle, sink (with chrome finish taps).

There are 14" alloy wheels with low profile tyres, AL-KO 3004 stabiliser, ATC braking system, external BBQ point, 'flush fit' awning light and an external 240v.

The caravan comes complete with an AL-KO hitch lock, SAS wheel clamp and the windows are etched with the CRiS number.
