This caravan is in an excellent condition for it's year. It has a very practical and spacious layout with twin singles or double bed in the lounge at the front, kitchen in the mid-section and very spacious bathroom in the rear of the caravan. The caravan has been fully serviced and damp checked in April 2012. It has been smoke and pet free and very well looked after.

The kitchen is well equipped with 3-way fridge (with small freezer compartment), gas hob, oven and grill. There is a large sink and draining board with plenty of work surface for food preparation, the mixer tap provides hot and cold running water. In the eye level cupboards, drawers and undersink cupboards there is ample storage for food and cooking utensils. 

The Carver dual fuel heater requires repair, but there is a small electric fan heater included in the sale.

The caravan comes complete with aqua-roll, waste-mater, hook-up cable, caravan step, levelling ramps, smoke detector, Status Aerial, Al-ko spare wheel carrier, spare wheel and gas bottle. There is an intruder alarm fitted.

Should the purchaser require an awning there is one available - this an extra £200, the awning is in 'as new' condition, it is pick up only from Northants.
