Bailey Pageant S7 Limousin
Year: 2010

If you are looking for a large, high specification twin axle touring caravan with a fixed bed and a spacious end washroom, at a fantastic price, this caravan is the one for you.

The Pageant Series 7 Limousin has the same layout as the senator Wyoming but in a lighter package and this layout doesn't compromise on space anywhere.  It has a large lounge with 1.75m long seats, a well-appointed centrally positioned kitchen, a bedroom with a fixed 'French' bed and a roomy rear washroom.

This caravan is being sold with extras including a full awning, a porch awning and more (details to follow).  The caravan will be fully serviced and damp checked by an independent caravan specialist providing real peace of mind for a new owner.

This large caravan will be perfect for use on a seasonal pitch or as alternative accommodation, in which the double bed can be left made up. It will suit a couple wanting the ultimate in living space, or a family who can use the front lounge as single beds for the kids.

Externally, as well as a modern gloss white exterior with smart grey and blue graphics, the Limousin has an AL-KO chassis but is the only caravan in this class with Alko-ATC "trailer control' fitted as standard.  It also has alloy wheels, 13-pin electrics, a buttonless 'easy action' handbrake, 240V awning socket and shock absorbers. Underneath is a centrally located spare wheel, waste outlets behind the offside rear axle and unobtrusive single struts for the gas locker.  Its MTPLM is roughly 100kg less than main rivals such as the Swift Charisma 620 but you’ll still need a capable tow car if you intend to tour with this caravan.

A two-piece Hartel door leads to the Limousin's spacious lounge which boasts two 1.75m-long comfortable, sprung sofas that easily seat four and have two bolster cushions at either end. The front sofa bases have strong, curved slats, which lift on powerful springs providing vertical access to the storage space beneath, The area is lit by two halogen spotlights and two corner lights, but supplements them with LED strip lighting underneath the lockers.  To entertain you, there is a stereo with two speakers located between the lockers, in the front corners. There's also a TV point opposite the kitchen, which is great for watching from bed or the lounge and a handy coffee table is situated on the central chest.  There are drop-in carpets and wallboards behind the sofas and the Heki 2 roof light ensures a light and airy living space.

Moving back through the caravan, the kitchen is well equipped, with a separate oven and grill, a large 115-litre fridge, a microwave oven and an extractor fan, and a useable amount of worktop space.  For storage, there are two wire trays and a cutlery drawer as well as overhead lockers. With regard to lighting there is an attractive LED strip light above the work surface.

Moving back from the kitchen, the bedroom is spacious and can be separated from the rest of the caravan by a privacy screen.  The fixed bed has spacer boards to allow condensation to dissipate and a smart headboard, and, although the offside corner of the comfy, sprung mattress is cut off, there's plenty of space to walk between the bed and wardrobe.  A mini Heki roof-light provides natural light, and there are two halogen reading lights. You can see the TV clearly when lying in bed. There's plenty of storage for clothes, with sectioned lockers above the beds, and two shelves in the nearside corner. The shelf below the offside window is handy for nick-nacks. TheThe fixed rear bed mattress lifts on gas struts to reveal a huge rear storage area that has an exterior access door and a tray for storing wet items.

At the rear of the caravan, a domestic-style door and handle leads to a really impressive washroom which has a carpeted floor, a Thetford c-250 swivelling toilet and a large separate shower as well as a wash-basin and vanity unit. There are also toilet roll and toothbrush holders, and a roof-light over the shower.
