This extremely well-presented 2010 Bailey Olympus 546 has a perfect 6 berth layout for families, with a large end bedroom with 3 fixed bunks and a rear dinette as well as a spacious lounge.  It will be cleaned by us, and fully indepndently serviced and damp-checked prior to sale for real peace of mind for a new owner. This caravan contains everything needed to start caravanning: it comes with a superb Kampa Ace Air Pro 400 inflatable awning (used twice) and a large number of extras including a full breathable cover, Aquaroll, Wastemaster and waste pipe, 2 x gas bottles, towing mirrors, step, TV, and a lot of camping accessories, making this Olympus superb value for money.

Bailey described the 2010 Olympus 546 as "the go anywhere, do anything caravan" and the Olympus 546 is a thoroughly modern caravan in both design, construction and equipment and makes an excellent purchase on the secondhand market.

This lightweight spacious 6 berth has a fantastic layout for families, with a spacious front lounge, kitchen and washroom in the centre and a rear lounge featuring 3 bunks (all rated up to 75kg) and a large dinette with a folding table.  This in effect gives the kids their own sleeping, dining and living area.

This layout will suit families who have children who will enjoy having their own bedroom area, which is separate from the rest of the caravan.

The 2010 Olympus 546 features the all-new (for 2010) 'Alu Tech' body shell, a new design where the interlocking external framework, timber free, thick body panels, internal skeleton and low absorbancy buffer zones, reduced the number of external joints and fixing points by 90%, thereby minimising the number of water access points and improving the overall integrity of the body shell.  Bailey were so confident of the performance of this new construction that they offered a market leading 10 year integrity gurantee, of which 4 years is still remaining on this particular caravan.

Improved Grade 111 insulation and extra insulation on pipework and wheel boxes ensures this caravan will be warm in winter and cool in summer, and can be used for year round caravanning holidays.

The body is built on an AL-KO galvanised steel chassis and features an AL-KO AKS 3004 stabiliser hitch, shock absorbers and chassis mounted spare wheel carrier.

Externally, the new Alu Tech single piece smooth front and roof section, colour coded aluminium extrusions, flush fitting wIndows and locker doors  and clean white lines, set off by alloy wheels and bold graphics, result in an attractive looking and stylish caravan, both on the road and on a pitch.

Inside, it’s a similar story, with the flat panel roof giving increased headroom to 1.96m throughout the caravan.  The Alu-Tech shell also provides space in the front, resulting in a more spacious lounge and living area.  Three panoramic double-glazed 'Polyvision' windows, featuring concertina blinds and fly-screens, together with a Heki 2 tilting roof-light, provide the lounge with as much light and ventilation as possible, and the lounge certainly feels spacious and airy.   Italian design 'floating fascia' overhead lockers with concealed catches and light up seat bases provide lots of storage space and the seats convert into a large double bed when required, using the dual purpose slide out units/ footrests.  The seats are arranged in a U-shape to provide maximum living space at the cost of the usual chest of drawers, but this gives a much bigger bed and the Olympus 546 also comes with a folding leaf table for mealtimes, stored in its own locker.  The furniture throughout the caravan features flush fit doors and soft-close drawers and is finished in an attractive light wood effect, with matt nickle handles.  Soft furnishings in Bailey Monaco fabric are in attractive, neutral tones and are complemented by bolsters and scatter cushions, curtains and new 'Bailey Twist’ deep pile, loose drop in carpets.

Moving back from the lounge, there is a TV point with 230V/12V/aerial sockets  and a Status 530 telescopic directional aerial.  This unit also houses the reliable Truma 3002 3 kw gas heater with electric spark ignition and 230v Ultraheat system with silent night running.  The Ultratherm system distributes warm blown air throughout the caravan, eliminating cold spots.

Opposite the tv point, the kitchen is modern and well equipped and features a Thetford 107 litre 3-way fridge with detachable full width freezer compartment.  There is a Spinflo recessed 4 burner hob unit incorporating a flush-fitting glass lid and a Spinflo combined grill and domestic-style glass-fronted oven with electronic ignition and flame-failure device.  A new large capacity Spinflo recessed sink and chrome mixer tap features a removable draining board.  A built-in microwave oven completes the kitchen equipment.  There are a number of storage options in the kitchen, providing plenty of space for plates, cutlery, pots and pans and an Omnivent dual action, roof mounted extractor fan provides ventilation for the kitchen.

Opposite the kitchen, the washroom is configured in wet room layout, and features a shower tray with chrome shower head, a swivelling Thetford C-250 cassette toilet with electric flush and full warning indicator. The washroom also features a wash-basin with chrome mixer tap as well as a vanity unit for storing toiletries.

In the rear of the caravan is the bedroom, which features 3 good sized bunk beds on the offside, which are perfect for children.  The bunks will each hold a maximum of 75kgs.  Opposite the bunk beds is a dinette which provides a separate living and dining area by day but also converts into an extra single berth when required. The rear bedroom can be partitioned off from the rest of the caravan for privacy…and some peace and quiet!

The equipment in the Bailey Olympus 546 includes a Radio/CD/MP3 unit with aux -n and dual cone speakers for superior sound quality, 12v interior LED lighting throughout, additional ambient lighting, centrally located electrical control panel, switch mode battery charger and RCD/MCB protected mains electric system.

This Bailey Olympus 546 has been well-looked after and comes with service history and all the original manuals and paperwork and the awning and all the extras make this Olympus fantastic value for money.  It will be fully valeted inside and out by us and serviced and damp-checked by an independent specialist approved workshop, providing real peace of mind for its new owner.

All it will need is a new owner to hitch up and enjoy a relaxing, comfortable and fun family caravanning holiday.
