This Ford Transit 350 LWB based Kentucky Estro 2 motorhome is in great condition for its age and provides even the biggest of families the ability to all go away together on some amazing adventures. It will go through an NCC Approved habitation service for that "Piran Peace of mind" and has just been serviced mechanically and will come with a new MOT so will be ready to go.
The cab with its two seats with armrests is completely original and has power assisted steering, electric windows and mirrors and a 6-speed manual gear box. The powerful 2.4 TDCi engine is very capable of propelling this motorhome at motorway speeds all day whilst you travel to you destination no matter how far your journey. There is also a remote central locking key fob and a triple bike rack and rear mounted ladder for access to the roof.
Internally this really is like a Tardis! Over the front driving area is a large double bed which has its own opening front window, side window and spotlights and is reached by a small ladder. The central part of the motorhome has a table which seats 4 with each seat having a seat belt and at night converts into a double bed. Next to this across the central walkway are two further seats one of which has another seat belt, hence a 7 berth. This seat can also convert into a single bed if required. There are large windows either side and a very large opening rooflight above. All of the windows have a flyscreen and either blackout blinds or curtains. There are also large aircraft style overhead lockers as well as storage space beneath the seats. Above the tables on either side there are individual spotlights as well as a central LED light on the ceiling.
Behind this seating area is the kitchen area which is much larger than you would imagine. Here there is a large kitchen sink and chrome mixer tap with a convienient metal rack above it (presently holding a fire extinguisher, a 4 burner gas hob with an extractor fan above it and also a separate oven and grill. Opposite is a very large 3-way fridge with separate large freezer enabling you to take the food required to feed 6+ people away with you. Next to the fridge is a wardrobe and a large cupboard beneath it. Above the kitchen is another central rooflight which combined with the large kitchen window gives ample natural light.
Behind the kitchen along the offside wall there are two fixed bunk beds, again both having their own opening windows and both having their own spot/reading lights.
The back nearside of the motorhome is where the large bathroom is situated. Next to the bathroom door on the outside is another large wardrobe with a further cupboard beneath this. The bathroom has an electric cassette Thetford toilet, vanity sink with very large mirror and a 230V socket above for a hairdryer etc. There are storage racks and cupboards for all of your bathroom bits and bobs on both the back wall and under the vanity sink. There is also a full sized shower cubicle with further plastic shelving within it for storage of shampoos and soaps etc.
Externally there is a large Fiama wind out awning so that you can sit outside enjoying a drink keeping dry from the elements or shading yourself from the sun.
Motorhomes which can sleep this many people do not come up very often, and even less of them at this price point. For people who travel with lots of family members or for those of you who want to go to festivals with friends but not sleep in a tent then look no further.
This motorhome also comes with a gas bottle, electrical hook up cable, levelling ramps and a gas spanner.
