This stunning 2022 Swift Vogue Grande 580 was originally towed to a seasonal pitch and was kept there ever since. As such this particular caravan is in as new condition. The layout is a very popular layout with is transverse island bed and full width rear bathroom is even further enhanced by the fact this is the Grande version and is wider than the standard caravan as it is eight feet wide. The extra width really does make a noticeable difference when sitting or simply just living inside this caravan.
As with all caravans sold through our brokerage this one will go through an NCC Approved Workshop full service for that extra “Piran Peace of Mind”. Also like so many of the caravans sold through us this one comes with essential extras you will not need to spend extra money on. These include: electrical hook up cable, water pump, Aqua Roll, Wastemaster, gas bottle, hitch lock, wheel lock, solar panel, Tv, carpets still in packaging. There is also an external gas point, 240v socket for an awning and an alarm system coupled with monitored tracker system.
As you step into this 2022 caravan the light fabrics and décor give it a very modern look. The owners who have had this from brand new have looked after it and it has been pet and smoke free. All of the original handbooks and manuals are with the van, and sitting in the relaxing lounge area is the perfect place to relax and read them. The large fixed front panoramic window compliments the other five windows around the lounge area and all of them have black out blinds and flyscreens. The two settees have a central drawer unit which also has a pull out table for two people to eat from. There are also sockets etc at the front of the caravan for plugging things in. The large aircraft style overhead lockers combined with the storage space beneath both of the settees gives ample storage space and the air vents for the Truma blown air central heating ensure that the whole area is kept warm no matter what the weather.
The centrally located kitchen has a granite effect worktop with an extending piece for when larger meals are being prepared. There is a large stainless steel sink with chrome mixed tap, 3x gas hob, separate grill and oven, undercounter 3-way fridge freezer and a built in eye height microwave oven. There are storage cupboards and space beneath the oven for the pots and pans. Opposite the kitchen is a side board for a TV with a cupboard beneath this and next to it a large wardrobe.
Moving further back in the caravan is the luxury bedroom area with its lovely double island bed. It is in here like the lounge area where the larger width if this caravan is felt. There is just more room around the foot of the bed for manoeuvring. At the foot of the bed is another sideboard area with cupboard and mirror enabling getting ready to go out and looking your best a breeze. Each side of the bed is a wardrobe, cupboard and small shelf. Again complimented by overhead lockers. Also the bed lifts on gas assisted struts to present a huge storage space beneath it. The double island bed also has a padded head rest/board so you can comfortably sit in bed reading or just relaxing.
The rear of the caravan is taken up with the large bathroom area. This comprises of a Thetford cassette toilet, vanity sink with mirror that also has a cupboard below it and one on the wall next to it. Finally there is a large full enclosed shower cubicle meaning that no matter where you camp you can be assured of a decent shower.
