Technical Specifications:
NB these are just quick photos and more will be taken once the vehicle has been valeted.
Neismann and Bischoff are renowned for making high end motorhomes, and this Arto 69G is no exception. The commanding driving position and huge windscreen give a clear view of the road ahead from the drivers' seat. Being an automatic gearbox mated to a 2.8 JTD Fiat engine the relaxed driving nature of this vehicle makes all journeys a pleasure as you simply "press and point" and off you go. (I personally drove the motorhome 60 miles to bring it to Piran and it drove extremely well indeed with a very smooth ride - you can feel that this motorhome has been well looked after mechanically - also like my own personal motorhome it is left hand drive making it a perfect European cruiser/explorer!). The motorhome has covered 126500 KM which is 79,000 miles so that is only an average of just of 3500 miles per year.
Both seats have seat covers and arm rests and swivel for use as additional seating in the habitation area, there is a reversing camera, CD stereo, air-con, power steering and electric mirrors. At night there is a main windscreen roller shutter blind which comes down covering the whole front area and both side windows have blinds as well.
The main seating area in the habitation part is large enough to seat 5 adults and has an additional 2 seat belts. The main table is large and can easily accommodate the plates and crockery associated with feeding 5 adults as well. Opposite this area is the kitchen. Here there is a large 3-way fridge freezer, 3 burner gas hob and an oven/grill built in below. There is a large kitchen sink with hot and cold running water. Fresh water is stored in the large underslung tank and can eaily hold enough water for a long weekend exploring.
The hot water and heating are taken care of by a Truma system which not only heats the water but provides warm air central heating throughout the vehicle. You could easily take this vehicle away in the depths of winter or to a snowy climate and not worry about being cold.
There is a good sized bathroom which has an electric Thetford cassette toilet, vanity sink with large mirror, an over head shower and a good amount of storage.
The whole rear of the vehicle is taken up by the large double transverse bed which has a small step (with storage within it), you step on to gain access. This bedroom area can be separated from the rest of the vehicle and has its own large window and skylight.
The other large fixed double bed is above the drivers cab and is pulled down when needed but stows away along the ceiling when not is use and takes up no space in the living area. Again this is a large bed that can easily accommodate 2 adults.
Throughout the vehicle are overhead storage lockers and storage cupboards. There is a wardrobe as well for larger bulky clothing items. The wood used for the cupboards and lockers is of a high quality and the whole vehicle both inside and out feels extremely well engineered.
Externally there is an electrically operated step to gain access to the habitation area. There is a ladder to gain access to the roof area and a huge garage for storing pretty much anything you want to bring with you. The vehicle also comes with extra equipment included in the sale price: Fiama wind out awning with unused side walls, 240V hook up cable, gas bottles, levelling ramps, pots and pans, bike rack, and much more ......
The motorhome will go through an full NCC Approved Workshop habitation service for that "Piran peace of mind" and will come with a new MOT. We also offer a full handover here onsite showing you how everything works so that when you leave here you are confident on setting up and living in your new purchase.
