This lovely 2009 Bailey Pageant Bretagne has the highly desirable rear fixed bunk bedroom layout and comes from a smoke and pet free environment. This caravan has been dry stored for the past 12 years and has only had light use from the current owners. As with all of the caravans sold through our brokerage this one will go through an NCC Approved Workshop full service for that "Piran Peace of mind". You will also be given a full handover here onsite ensuring that when you leave you know how everything works. This particular caravan is being sold with everything you need to enable you to hitch up and go and included in the sale are: brand new tyres, working motor mover (customer says it works), hitch lock, Aqua Roll, Wastemaster, waste pipe, hook up cable, gas bottle, fire extinguisher, caravan step, levelling ramps, pots and pans, toaster, kettle, gas spanner and towing mirrors.
There are triple bunks with each bed having its own window and sparate reading light and the whole area can be divided from the rest of the caravan for quieter night times once the children have gone to bed. There is also a dinette arrangment in this rear section of the caravan enabling you to set up a double bed to the rear whilst keeping 2 of the bunks.
There is a central kitchen with a sink, hob, oven and grill, microwave and large 3-way fridge freezer. There are storage cupboards above and below the worktop giving plenty of space to hold all of your pots and pans and more importanly enough food to feed six whilst away on holiday.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a washroom which houses a separate shower, sink, and Thetford electric cassette toilet. Throughout the caravan the hot water and heating are provided by a Truma boiler which runs on both 240V and gas.
To the front lounge area there are two opposing settees which at night combine to make a large double bed. There is a little pull out table from the 3 drawer central unit and this is plenty large enough for two to eat from or simply to hold drinks. There is also a separate stand alone table enabling more to be seated.
The caravan is naturally well lit with all of its large windows and skylights and each one has its own fly-screen and blackout blinds ensuring it is kept dark at nights. As with the kitchen area there are plenty over overhead lockers and under seat storage areas to ensure there is plenty of room to store all of your belongings.
The caravan runs on an Al-Ko chassis and comes with 13 pin electrics and the Al-Ko ATC system fitted as standard.
