This Bailey Ranger GT60 620/6 has had light use and is in wonderful condition. Although large enough to comfortably accommodate 6 berths, with a fixed bed it is light enough to be classed as a true tourer. It has a spacious layout with a fixed bed and large bathroom at the rear of the caravan, a well equipped kitchen and dinette (which can be transformed into bunk beds) in the mid section. The spacious lounge at the front of the caravan comfortably seats 4 to 6 and can be converted into a large double bed or twin singles. It has a comprehensive service history, the latest service and damp check was on 27.10.14. It comes complete with all the manuals and instruction booklets.
The rear bedroom can be completely partitioned from the rest of the caravan, the TV station (with with 230V, 12V and coax aerial sockets) is positioned in the partitioning wall so that a TV can be viewed from either the bedroom or the front of the caravan. The bed has a thick luxurious mattress. There is lots of storage underneath and in the overhead aircraft style lockers. There are 2 reading lights positioned over the bed.
The washroom is set at the rear to one side and has a shower and an electric flush Thetford cassette toilet, the two are separated by a perspex folding partition. There is also a vanity unit with sink, mirror and cupboard within the rear bedroom.
The mid section has a well appointed kitchen with a Spinflo four ring gas hob, separate grill and oven, a built in Daewoo microwave oven and a Dometic 115 litre 3-way fridge with a full width ice box. The stainless steel sink comes with a detachable draining board. There is plenty of food/cooking utensil storage space, ample worktops and halogen downlighting. There is a mini Keki roof light over the kitchen.
Also in the midsection is a dinette which has seating for 2 and a small table. This section can transform into substantial bunk beds. The top bunk has guide rails and an access ladder. A curtain can be pulled around the bunks when it is in use.
The front section of the caravan has a large lounge area, with large overhead storage cupboards, and a collapsable table which is neatly stored in its own recess. The lounge comfortably seats 4 to 6 people. Set into the roof of the lounge is a large Heki rooflight - this gives the lounge a light and airy feel as well as plenty of ventilation when fully opened.
The Truma blown air heating, space heater and Ultrastore water heater both are dual fuel (electric and gas). The caravan is fitted with both 12V and 240V lighting system. All the windows are double glazed and fitted with curtains, a flyscreen and a blackout blind, the stable door has a full length flyscreen. The battery charger has a 20Amp output. There is a smoke detector and removable carpets.
There is an inbuilt JCV CD/Radio player (with iPod connectivity), a second TV aerial cable has been run to the front of the caravan. Mounted on the roof is a directional and telescopic 530 Status aerial (digital compatible).
There are 14" alloy wheels with brand new tyres (all replaced at the last service), the spare wheel is stored in an under-slung carrier, AL-KO 3004 stabiliser, AL-KO shock absorbers, ’’flush fit' awning light and an external 240v.
This sale includes a full Dorema awning (new 2014), with breathable groundsheet and curtains. There is a very small tear in the top corner which could easily be repaired.
The caravan also comes with many extras including : hitch lock, wheel clamp, Aqua roll, Wastemaster, 25m electric hook-up cable, propane gas cylinder, entry step, fire extinguisher and levelling ramps.
