This 4 berth caravan has a fixed double bed, wetroom (with toilet and shower), well equipped kitchen and 2 singles (or a double bed)in the lounge area at the front, all on a single axle. This is a specially commisioned caravan from Michael Jordan Caravans with lots of upgraded features (based on the Abbey Aventura 318 - to view brochure click here) and has been well cared for by non-smoking owners.
This caravan has had a full service and damp check - during the damp check a significant area of water ingress has been identified (via the awning track at the rear in the top corner) - very high moisture levels recorded within the wall boards and in a small area within the shower/toilet area the wall boards are soft. There is no smell of damp and very little visible sign. With a little TLC this caravan is still very usable.
The sale includes a full Ventura Neptune awning, with poles and ground sheet. The many extras include: Aqua roll, waste master, microwave oven, wheel clamp, hitch lock, hook up cable, gas bottles, towing mirrors, smoke detector, pots and pans, crockery, tableware and more .
