This spacious, high specification 2 berth caravan is in great condition. It is complete with a full and very comprehensive service and maintenance record, the most recent service and damp check was carried out by Caravan Care on 08.05.16, the caravan has a full clean bill of health with no outstanding issues. It is Cris registered and the caravan is complete with all the manuals and paperwork. The caravan has only had one (non-smoking) owner from new. Even a quick glance and it is obvious that this caravan has been well cared for and only had very light use.
This caravan has an extremely practical layout. At the front, the spacious lounge area with two single beds or a large double utilising a pull out slat system mounted under the chest of drawers, which has a fold-out table. There is plenty of storage in the overhead aircraft style lockers and also under the seats. Above the sitting area is a large Remi Roof light . The soft furnishings are cream and terracotta and in a modern design. The carpets are detachable and there is a wood effect vinyl flooring underneath. There is a built in Blaupunkt CD/radio/MP3 player. Reading lights are sited above both the single beds. There is also a collapsible table, which may be stowed in its own recess when not in use.
A well-appointed kitchen is positioned in the middle section. The kitchen has a 3 ring hob, grill and oven, and 3-way fridge with ice box. There is ample food/utensil storage space and worktops. Above the kitchen is a bi-directional, 3 speed extractor fan. Opposite the kitchen are cupboards, shelves and more useful work space.
The very spacious bathroom at the rear of the caravan has a large shower cubicle, Thetford cassette toilet (manual flush), sink, mirror, cupboards and wardrobe.
All windows are fitted with independent blinds, curtains and fly-screens. The stable style door also has a fly-screen.
The Truma blown air heating /space heater and Truma water heater work off electric and gas.
There is an awning/exterior light, exterior gas BBQ point, exterior 240v socket, wet locker, Alko hitch stabiliser, gas assisted handbrake, alloy wheels, new tyres. The spare wheel is held in an under slung Alko carrier. There is also a factory fitted alarm (with PIR and tilt sensors).
Included in the sale is a full NR awning in good condition (maroon and grey), with pegs and spares. Also included is a lightweight Scenic porch awning (2m x 2m).
