The Bailey Senator Carolina Series 6 is a very high specification, 6 berth, large twin axle caravan and comes loaded with all the extras you require for that perfect family caravanning holiday. This caravan has had regular servicing, the last full service and damp check was carried out 09.09.14. The caravan has been smoke free, loved and cared for.
It has a very practical layout for family caravan holidays. In the front of the caravan is a twin or a large double bed, and in the rear there is a separate bedroom with 3 fixed bunk beds and a dinette which can also be a single bed, this rear bedroom can be completely partitioned from the rest of the caravan by means of a solid sliding door.
The front section of the caravan has a spacious lounge area, with large aircraft style overhead storage cupboards and a chest of drawers with a fold out table. The wooden slats for the pull out bed roll out from under these drawers. The lounge comfortably seats 6 people, the under seat storage has front access doors. Set into the roof of the lounge is a large Heki roof light - this gives the lounge a light and airy feel as well as plenty of ventilation when fully opened. For those occasions when all dine together there is a fold away table with its own tidy stowage compartment.
The well appointed kitchen has a four ring gas hob, separate grill and oven, a built in Daewoo microwave oven and a 107 litre 3-way Dometic fridge with a full width ice box. There is plenty of food/cooking utensil storage space, ample worktops and halogen downlighting. There is a Omni-vent 3 speed bi-directional extractor fan.
The Truma blown air heating, space heater and Ultrastore 800w water heater both are dual fuel (electric and gas). The caravan is fitted with both 12V and 240V lighting system. All the windows are fitted with a flyscreen, blackout blind, and curtains. The door has a full length flyscreen. The battery charger has a 18Amp output. There is an onboard 40 litre water tank (as well as an aqua roll). There is a smoke detector. There are removable carpets.
There is an inbuilt Radio (the CD/DVD player requires some attention), TV stations with 230V, 12V and coax aerial sockets are positioned in the front and the rear of the caravan. Mounted on the roof is a directional 513 Status aerial (Digital compatible).
The bathroom has a Thetford cassette toilet with electric flush, a separate shower cubicle (never used), sink (with chrome finish taps), bathroom cabinet and mirror. There is a rooflight for ventilation.
There are alloy wheels, brand new tyres (09.09.14), heavy duty corner steadies, gas assisted handbrake, twin 7 pin towing electrics (black and grey plugs), ATC braking system, a spare wheel (in an Al-Ko 'under slung' carrier), an external BBQ point, 'flush fit' awning light and an external 240v. The paintwork has been treated with Paintseal paintwork protection.
The caravan comes complete with a full 3m Isabella Awning, with full height annex. The full awning has Carbon X poles and is complete with breathable awning carpet and matching curtains. The Isabella Annex has Zinox - metal poles. There is also an awning wardrobe, Isabella storage nets (for use in awning) and awning track protectors.
Also included is an Isabella Minor Porch awning, also with Carbon X poles and matching curtains (the curtains are still packaged and not used).
The caravan has been fitted with a Truma remote controlled motor mover to make siting this large caravan a breeze even on the tightest of pitches or driveways.
There is a whole host of security devices - An Al-Ko hitch lock, 2 x Al-Ko wheel clamps, a passive infra-red alarm system with tilt sensor (key fob operated), a factory fitted Tracker and the windows are etched with the CRiS number. The caravan has been fitted with a heavy duty Kojack lifting system to make fitting the Al-Ko wheel clamps much more simple
