This great family-sized single axle caravan is priced to sell. One look and it is plain to see the non smoking owners has taken good care of the caravan. This caravan has been stored under cover at Piran Caravan Storage from new and regularly washed and waxed with premium Autoglym products. The very versatile layout has 4 berths, with two singles or a `pull out` double in the front of the caravan, and the dinette in the middle of the caravan can be transformed into bunk beds.
The front section of the caravan has a lounge area with a full width panoramic window, aircraft style overhead storage cupboards and a chest of drawers with a fold out table. The wooden slats for the pull-out bed roll out from under these drawers. The lounge comfortably seats 4 people around a folding table at mealtimes. Set into the roof of the lounge is a Heki rooflight - this gives the lounge a light and airy feel as well as plenty of ventilation when fully opened. The upholstery in the lounge and side dinette is finished in an attractive red and cream 'Harmony' fabric and this is complemented by matching scatter cushions, curtains and a hardwearing drop-in carpet.
The side dinette provides additional space for relaxing or dining and at night, easily converts into 2 bunk beds, which can be separated off from the rest of the caravan by a privacy screen.
The well appointed kitchen has a four ring Spinflo hob (gas), separate domestic style Spinflo grill and oven, Electrolux 3-way fridge with a full width ice box, sink and drainer with a glass lid and chrome finish mixer tap. There is plenty of food/cooking utensil storage space, and ample worktops for meal preparation.
The Truma blown air heating, space heater and Ultrastore water heater both work off electric and gas. The water system is run by a Truma Crystal II water inlet and submersible pump. The caravan is fitted with both 12V and 240V lighting system. All the windows are fitted with flyscreens and blackout blinds. The battery charger has a 20Amp output.
The very spacious end bathroom has a Thetford c250 cassette swivel toilet, a separate, fully lined, large 'walk-in' shower cubicle, sink, bathroom cabinet, wardrobe and mirror.

The caravan is Cris registered and will be fully serviced and damp-checked prior to sale. With a maximum weight of just 1240kg this caravan can be comfortably towed by an average sized family car.
