This is a very high specification caravan that comes with lots of good quality extras. The new owner of this caravan will be travelling in style! It has had regular servicing, and will be fully serviced and damp checked prior to sale. It has been owned by non-smokers with no pets or children, it is in beautiful condition inside and out!
The main distinguishing feature is the single beds that are situated in the mid-section of the caravan. The bedroom has an aisle leading to the bathroom at the rear, the beds either side. The beds have very comfortable sprung mattresses, padded headboard, storage underneath and reading lights. There are overhead aircraft style lockers and a large Heiki roof light. The bedroom has a concertina style privacy partition.
The well equipped kitchen has a 4 ring hob (3x gas and 1 x electric), grill, oven and a fitted Daewoo microwave oven. There is a good sized black enamel sink and drainer with a stainless steel mixer tap and Chinchilla glass lid. The Thetford 3 way fridge has digital controls, there is a bi-directional multi-speed extractor fan (with touchpad controls), led lighting, ample storage for food and utensils and a smoke detector.
The lounge/living area has seating for 4, which can be converted into 2 single beds or a double (using 'pull out slats' which are stored under a chest of drawers). The chest of drawers has a table which can be extended out to provide an area which is large for two to dine, there is a larger collapsible table if required. The large Heiki roof light provides a light and airy feel. The soft furnishings and detachable carpets are in a contemporary design. Under the carpets is oak effect vinyl flooring. There is a TV point on the wall of the lounge, there is a Status 513 multi-directional digital aerial with amplifier as well as external digital and satellite connection points. There is a fitted CD/radio with 4 speakers. There is yet more storage here in the overhead lockers and under the seats.
The spacious bathroom has a Thetford cassette toilet (electric flush), very large shower cubicle, heated towel rail, sink, cupboard, shelving and small roof light.
All the windows have fly screens, curtains and pleated black out blinds. The stable door also has a fly screen and black out blind.
The caravan is heated with Alde central heating radiators. This programmable wet heating system gives a thermostatically controlled background heat throughout. This system can be run off electric or gas.
The caravan has alloy wheels which have been fitted with security nuts, AL-KO secure wheel lock and Tyron Bands. The spare wheel is stored in the under slung AL-KO carrier. There is an AL-KO AKS stabiliser (with hitch lock) and AL-KO ATC trailer control anti-snake system. This caravan has been fitted with a Powertouch motor mover with actuators and remote, this is under warranty until 2016.
There is an external shower point, gas BBQ point and 240v socket. The external paintwork has been treated with Paintseal Teflon Protection.
The caravan is fitted with a Phantom Tracker, key fob alarm with motion and leveller sensors.
Also included: Calor-Lite lightweight propane gas bottle, fire extinguisher, aluminium step, Aqua Roll, waste container, electric hook up cable.
This is one of the lightest caravans to house twin fixed beds on a manoeuvrable single axle on the market.
