This Bailey Senator Indiana Series 5 is a very high specification, 4 berth, fixed bed, single axle caravan and comes loaded with all the extras you require for that perfect family caravanning holiday. This range of caravans by Bailey was their flagship range and very highly reviewed by many of the caravan magazines and online forums.
The caravan has done minimal mileage over recent years, and has been fully serviced and damp checked prior to sale. The caravan is been smoke and pet free and well cared for by its previous owner. The caravan is Cris registered and comes complete with all manuals, paperwork and service history. It comes with every conceivable extra including Aquaroll, Wastemaster, Al-Ko wheel lock, working motor mover and 2 awnings (full and porch).
It has a very practical layout for a couple or family wanting a comfortable caravanning holidays. In the front of the caravan are twin singles or a large double bed, and in the rear there is a separate bedroom with a fixed double bed. Alongside the bedroom is a wet room with Thetford toilet (electric flush) and shower.
The front section of the caravan has a spacious lounge area, with large aircraft style overhead storage cupboards and a chest of drawers with a fold out table. The wooden slats for the pull out bed roll out from under these drawers. The lounge comfortably seats 4 or 5 people. Set into the roof of the lounge is a large Heki rooflight - this gives the lounge a light and airy feel as well as plenty of ventilation when fully opened. The soft furnishings are a light colour with a contemporary design. The detachable carpets have a practical wood effect vinyl flooring underneath.
The well appointed kitchen has a four ring gas hob, separate grill and oven, a microwave oven and fridge with a full width ice box. There is plenty of food/cooking utensil storage space, ample worktops. There is a Omni-vent 3 speed extractor fan.
The rear bedroom has a Heki rooflight and can be completely partitioned from the rest of the caravan. It has a Heki roof light set above the bed and lots of storage in overhead lockers, under the fixed bed and in a large wardrobe. The fixed bed has a very comfortable mattress. There are reading lights mounted above either side of the bed. To one side of the bed is a vanity unit with sink, mirror and cupboard.
The Truma blown air heating, space heater and Ultrastore 800w water heater both are dual fuel (electric and gas), there is also an onboard water tank to increase water carrying capacity. The caravan is fitted with both 12V and 240V lighting system. All the windows are fitted with a flyscreen and a blackout blind. There is a smoke detector. The caravan is also fitted with a vehicle Tracker (the new owner would have to register/subscribe to this service).
There is a TV station with 230V, 12V and coax aerial sockets. Mounted on the roof is a status aerial (digital compatable).
There are alloy wheels, with brand new tyres, an external BBQ point and an external 240v. A spare wheel is carried in the ‘under-slung’ carrier. The Senator indiana has been fitted with a Pwrtouch remote control motor mover which takes all the hassle out of siting this caravan on a tight driveway or tricky pitch.

This caravan passed its service and damp check with flying colours, benefitting from a brand new set of tyres and new tow-hitch friction pads.
