Technical Specifications:
This Tabbert Vivaldi 655 is a good example of a large used continental caravan, which would be perfect for seasonal pitching as an alternative to a static caravan or as extra long-term accommodation. It will be fully valeted inside and out by us and will be serviced and damp checked by an independent specialist prior to sale.
The Tabbert Vivaldi 655 is a large 5 berth caravan, built on a galvanised chassis with a stabilising hitch and assisted handbrake, the Tabbert features typically well-built German engineering. Continental caravans have their own recognisable exterior style but the body shells and construction are solid and long-lasting. The front, sides and rear panel are free from accident damage.
At the front of the Tabbert Vivaldi a large, double-glazed window lets light and ventilation into the bedroom, which features a large, side positioned fixed bed. The bed frame lifts up on gas struts to provide access to a copious amount of storage underneath. The bedroom also contains overhead, aircraft style lockers for additional storage, which are finished in a light and warm wood effect. The bedroom can be separated from the rest of the caravan for privacy when required. There is a wash-basin with a chrome mixer tap, set into a vanity unit in the corner of the bedroom.
In the rear corner of the Tabbert is a well-positioned washroom containing a swivelling Thetford c-250 cassette toilet with electric flush, and a separate shower cubicle, with mixer shower. There is also additional storage for toiletries and a roof-light to provide ventilation to the washroom.
Moving back through the caravan, the centrally-positioned kitchen section is typical of continental caravans and the equipment list is functional but practical for simple family meals. There is a 3 burner gas hob and a sink with a chrome mixer tap, wth glass hinged lids. There is also plenty of cupboards and lockers for the storage for crockery, cutlery and food. A large Dometic refrigerator with freezer compartment takes care of the family's cold food storage requirements and a built in LG microwave completes the list of kitchen equipment.
Opposite the kitchen is a dinette with two seats and a table, providing extra living and dining space. The dinette can be converted into a single bed, and can be separated from the rest of the caravan for privacy. There is additional storage underneath the seats. Next to the dinette is a TV point with 230v/12v/aerial sockets, which also contains the Truma dual fuel space heater with blown air system which circulates warm air to vents throughout the living area, bedroom and washroom. There is also a drinks cabinet mounted above the TV point.
At the rear of the caravan, a large U-shaped lounge provides room for up to six people to relax and enjoy a comfortable meal. The original dining table which folds down to enable the seating to be converted into a king-sized double bed, is not present. However, the seating can easily be used as two large single beds and a if this is the most likely case, a simple folding freestanding table can be sourced easily. The lounge is light and airy, thanks to the large picture window and Heki 2 rooflight set into the ceiling in the centre of the caravan. The seating lifts up to provide access to the large storage space underneath.
The practical flooring is block wood laminate effect, making the Tabbert Vivaldi simple to keep clean. The polyplastic windows are double glazed throughout the caravan and all feature black out blinds, flyscreens and night ventilation latches.
The Tabbert Vivaldi is equipped with 12v and 230v electrics, an on-board water tank and comes with a gas bottle and hook up cable.
In summary, this 2006 Tabbert Vivaldi is a great choice for anyone needing spacious extra accomodation. It will be fully valeted inside and out by us and will be fully serviced and damp-checked prior to sale, providing real peace of mind for the new owner. The Tabbert has a level of general wear and tear consistent with the age of the caravan, which is reflected in the price.
