The Lunar Lexon EW is a very high specification 4 berth twin axle caravan, with a fixed bed and large end washroom and comes loaded with all the extras you require for that perfect family caravanning holiday.
It has had regular servicing and done minimal mileage, and the caravan has been well cared for by it's non-smoking owners.
It has a very practical layout for family caravanning holidays. In the front of the caravan is a twin or a large double bed, and in the rear there is a separate bedroom with a large fixed double bed.
This rear bedroom has a Heki roof light above the bed and can be completely partitioned from the rest of the caravan. in the rear of the caravan is a large washroom with a separate walk0in shower cubicle, cassette toilet and sink. There is also a vanity unit with sink, mirror and wardrobe.
The front section of the caravan has a spacious lounge area, with large aircraft style overhead storage cupboards and a chest of drawers with a fold out table. The furniture, like all furniture in the caravan, is the attractive Lunar cherry effect. The wooden slats for the pull out bed roll out from under these drawers. The lounge comfortably seats 4 people. Set into the roof of the lounge is a large Heki roof light - this gives the lounge a light and airy feel as well as plenty of ventilation when fully opened. There are detachable carpets with a very practical wood effect vinyl flooring underneath. The windows are double-glazed poly-plastic untis with flycreens and blinds and feature night ventilation latches. The seats are upholstered in attractive neutral fabric and lift up to access the storage space underneath and are complemented by matching scatter cushions and curtains.
Moving back through the Lunar Lexon, the well appointed kitchen has a four ring hob (3x electric and 1x gas), separate domestic style grill and oven and a 3-way Dometic fridge with a full width ice box and easy-use controls. There is plenty of food/cooking utensil storage space, ample worktops and a circular stainless steel sink with draining board. There is a small Heki roof light above the kitchen.
The Truma blown air heating, space heater and Ultrastore 800w water heater both are dual fuel (electric and gas). The caravan is fitted with both 12V and 240V lighting system. All the windows are fitted with a fly screen, a blackout blind and curtains. There is a smoke detector.
There is a TV station with 230V, 12V and coax aerial sockets. The TV can be viewed from both the fixed bed and the front of the caravan. Mounted on the roof is a status aerial (digital compatible).
There are alloy wheels, with good tyres, an external BBQ point and a 240v socket within a ‘wet locker’. Security-wise,
The there is an on-board alarm system, Alko hitch lock, and the windows are etched with the CRiS number.
Also included in the sale are a working motor mover, makign siting the caravan extremely easy, a porch awning, and a number of caravanning extras.
The caravan is Cris registered and comes complete with all manuals, paperwork and service history. This caravan has the option of a place within our CaSSOA Gold storage facility (the facility presently has no other vacancies).
