This spacious 4 berth Bailey Senator Arizona is in great condition, providing an excellent entry into family caravanning. It has a very popular layout with 2 singles or a 'pull out' double in the front of the caravan and the dinette in the midsection of the caravan can be transformed into bunk beds. In the rear of the caravan there is a very spacious bathroom with toilet, sink, vanity unit and large separate shower cubicle. This Senator Arizona has been well-looked after and comes with regular servicing history. It has been serviced/damp-checked by an independent workshop. During the last service a small crack was dscovered in the roof panel, this has been oversealed and is now water tight.
It comes with a Carver motor mover and a usable awning, as well as some caravanning essentials, making this family caravan great value for money.
The Senator range from Bailey won 2 'Tourer of the Year' awards in the same year, thanks to its high spec and luxurious fittings at the time. Built on a galvanised AL-KO chassis, fitted with an upgraded Al-Ko AKS stabiliser, chassis mounted spare wheel carrier and spare wheel, the Arizona has twin black and grey 7-pin electrics and can be towed by most large family sized cars. The atractive exterior features white sidewalls and ABS front and rear panels, and are set off by striking graphics. There are some marks on the offside sidewall which are commensurate with age and use but these do not detract from the general appearance of the caravan and are purely cosmetic. The tyres are showing minimal wear and have been fitted with Tyron bands.
The front section of the caravan has a lounge area with three large panoramic windows, 'aircraft-style' overhead storage cupboards and a chest of drawers with a fold out coffee table. The wooden slats for the pull out bed roll out from under these drawers. The lounge easily seats 4-6 people and has a folding table in its own storage, to provide a comfortable dining experience and the seat bases lift up to reveal a large storage space underneath each one. There is a clock in the lounge as well as a radio/cd player.
The upholstery, in attractive Clifton fabric, is complemented by matching curtains, scatter cushions and fixed carpets with tile effect flooring in the bathroom. The windows all feature blackout blinds, fly-screens and night ventilation latches. Set into the roof of the lounge is a Heki 'tilt-and-slide' rooflight - this gives the lounge a light and airy feel as well as plenty of ventilation when fully opened. There are 2 TV points which have 12v and aerial sockets.
Moving back through the caravan, the useful 2 seater dinette provides additional reading/living space and can be converted into 2 sturdy bunks. There is a privacy curtain that can be drawn around the bunks when they are in use, separating this section from the rest of the caravan.
Opposite the dinette is a well-appointed kitchen which has a 4 burner gas hob with glass hinged lid, separate combination grill and oven and a sink with chrome mixer tap, as well as a 3-way 86 litre fridge with a full width ice box. There is plenty of food/cooking utensil storage space, and ample worktop area for food preparation. There is a bi-directional, 3 speed Omnivent extractor fan above the kitchen ceiling.
At the rear of the caravan, the spacious end washroom features a Thetford C-250 cassette toilet with electric flush, a separate large 'walk-in' shower cubicle with chrome mixer tap, sink in vanity unit, bathroom cabinet, large wardrobe with hanging space and mirror.
The Truma 3 kw blown air heating, space heater and Ultrastore water heater both work using electric and gas and there is a 42 litre onboard tank. The caravan is fitted with both 12V and 240V lighting system and comes complete with a factory fitted alarm system. There is an external gas BBQ point, for cooking outside or in an awning and an external Whale shower unit.
The caravan comes complete with a working Carver motor-mover which makes manoeuvring this caravan in even the tightest of sites a simple task. The sale also includes a usable Dorema awning and poles, Aquaroll, Wastemaster, waste pipe, caravan step, hook up cable, external tv aerial and water pump. The new owner will only need to supply a suitable gas bottle.
The caravan is CRiS registered, and is complete with all the CRiS paperwork. It will be fully valeted by us and will be serviced and damp-checked by an independent specialist, providing real peace of mind for a new owner.
