The exterior of the Fleetwood Heritage features gloss white aluminium sidewalls and full height white ABS front and rear panels, with spoiler overhang and high level brake light, built on an Al-Ko galvanised chassis. The running gear features an Al-Ko 3002 stabilising hitch, easy action handbrake and heavy duty stabilisers. With it's striking graphite decals, alloy wheels and profiled front locker, the Fleetwood Heritage is a commanding presence whether on the road or sited on a pitch. This caravan has been fitted with a Power Products motor mover (untested).
The clever body design make the interior feel as if it is truly bespoke. In the front, a spacious lounge in L-shaped layout gives plenty of living space and converts into a full size double bed using pull-out slats. The reflex foam seating is upholstered in attractive Contessa fabric, complemented by matching currtains and scatter cushions and there is ample storage provided under the seats and in the spaceframe overhead lockers. There are 3 double glazed windows provide a panoramic view from the lounge and a Remis rooflight allows light and ventilation into the lounge area.
White framed Seitz flush windows features night latches, blackout blinds and flyscreens and add to the stylish appearance of the Fleetwood Heritage range.
Moving back through the caravan, the kitchen is very well appointed and features a large 81 litre Dometic three way fridge with freezer compartment, a recessed stainless steel sink, mixer tap, and chinchilla glass lid, hob with three gas rings and a glass hinged lid, as well as a Caprice Mk3 grill and full sized thermostatically controlled domestic-style oven. There is also a built-in microwave oven. There is ample worktop space and additional storage in floor and roof lockers.
Opposite the kitchen is a TV station with power and aerial sockets, fed fy the Status 530 TV aerial as well as additional storage space. The Heritage model has the desirable dual fuel Alde Compact 3000 Total Heat System with programmable timer, giving complete temperature control to the owner, and the caravan's construction features grade 2 thermal insulation for comfortable year round caravanning.
At the rear of the Heritage 480, there is a domestic style door leading to the spacious end washroom which features a separate walk-in shower enclosure with stainless steel fittings with integral mixer and energy saving function, a washbasin and vanity unit and a Thetford c-250 swivelling toilet, as well as a large wardrobe with hanging space for clothing.
The Heritage 480 is fitted with a fully protected mains electrical system with 2 x 230v sockets and a switchmode charger/transformer. There is a 12v control panel with battery state meter, car/caravan switch and water pump switch. There are halogen ceiling lights in the living and washroom areas and halogen adjustable tasklights in lounge/sleeping areas and kitchen.
For security, the Fleetwood Heritage is fitted with the 'Theftbeaters sold secure' approved deterrent system, Fleetwood Protect alarm, and al-Ko secure wheel lock receiver.
