This Elddis Mayfair 544 is in great condition throughout, it has been well cared for and maintained. The caravan comes complete with a full service history; it will be fully serviced and damp checked prior to sale. It comes complete with all the manuals and instruction booklets.
It has a spacious layout with a fixed bed and wetroom at the rear of the caravan, a well equipped kitchen and a pull-out double or two single beds in the ‘U-shaped’ lounge at the front of the caravan all on a single axle.
The fixed double bed is positioned on the nearside of the caravan. The bedroom can be partitioned from the rest of the caravan, for total privacy; there is a TV station is positioned in the partitioning wall so that a TV can be viewed from either the bedroom, or the living area. The bed has a thick Coolmax memory foam mattress. There is lots of storage underneath the bed, in the overhead aircraft style lockers and in a large wardrobe. There are 2 reading lights positioned over the bed, and a small roof light.
The wetroom is situated at the rear on the offside, with a Thetford cassette toilet, a shower cubicle (separated from the toilet with a curtain). The shower and toilet have been rarely used. There is also a vanity unit (with sink, mirror and cupboard) and large wardrobe situated just in front of the wetroom.
The front section of the caravan has a large ‘U-shaped’ lounge area. There is large overhead storage cupboards, storage under the seats (including a safe) and a collapsible table which is neatly stored in its own recess. The lounge comfortably seats 4 people. Set into the roof of the lounge is a large Heki II panoramic roof light - this gives the lounge a light and airy feel as well as plenty of ventilation when fully opened. There is a second TV point conveniently sited below the pull out table.This caravan has an impressive 1.95m (6’ 5”) of internal headroom. The soft furnishings are a light and contemporary design. The carpets are detachable with a wood effect vinyl flooring beneath.
The well-appointed kitchen has a Spinflo three ring gas hob, separate grill and oven and a Thetford 115 litre 3-way fridge with a full width ice box. There is plenty of food/cooking utensil storage space, ample worktops with down lighting. The stainless steel sink and hob have Chinchilla glass tops, creating yet more usable worktop.
All the windows are complete with curtains, a fly screen and a blackout blind. The battery charger has a 20Amp output. There is a smoke detector. There is an inbuilt Sony CD/Radio/MP3 player, 2x TV stations with 230V, 12V and coax aerial sockets. Mounted on the roof is a omni-directional 315 Status aerial (digital compatible).
There are alloy wheels (a spare wheel is stowed in a wheel carrier under the caravan), BPW Winterhoff stabiliser, an external 240v within the battery box compartment and an external blown air heating vent. There is a 13 pin DIN standard socket to connect to the car towing electrics. There is an external BBQ point and awning light mounted above the door. The Truma blown air heating, space heater and Ultrastore water heater all work off electric and gas.
Included in the sale is an Enduro motor mover with remote. Enabling easy siting of the caravan without any tricky reversing on even the highest of sites.

The caravan comes with: SAS hitch lock, wheel lock, 100 AH leisure battery, Fiamma door lock, entry step and a Fire Angel smoke detector.
