This caravan is clean and usable. It has an awning which is usable but requires TLC. It has some significant damp issues, but it would appear the leaks have been fixed. Some appliances may not work, and this caravan has not been serviced. Although billed as a 6 berth, it would be better used as a large and spacious 4 berth. 

This caravan would make an ideal project, or be perfect as a site office, garden store etc...
