This is one of a kind when it comes to Hobby caravans. The outside is immaculate, and the inside is simply stunning. We see a lot of caravans here at Piran Caravans Ltd and this one internally is jaw-dropping. The caravan was ordered in October 2017 and is a 2018 model, having been built especially for the customer with an extensive list of optional extras, on top of the already very high standard specification. The optional extras alone on this caravan came to £12,000 and these include: Motor mover, Satellite TV, Uprated stereo system, Dometic Air conditioning, Alde wet central heating system, Dual USB socket, BBQ point, 7 zone mattress, Upgraded chassis, Blck polished alloys, Thule cycle rack, Dometic extractor hood and more. There is also a Thule Omnistor wind-out awning, making setting up and having a relaxing drink outside your caravan a breeze.
The internal finish to the overhead lockers and units would not look out of place in a very high-end kitchen at home with the drawers and pull-out units all having soft close mechanisms and above the hob is an extractor fan unit and Dometic built-in microwave. Opposite is a tall fridge, perfect for weeks away from home. Next to the fridge is the cocktail/drinks cabinet and below that is the wall-mounted TV which is also connected to the roof-mounted satellite system. The air conditioning will keep the caravan cool even in the warmest of summer days and there are plush carpets throughout. Conversely, with the Alde wet central heating system, this caravan can be used all year round and will keep the occupants warm even when it is freezing outside.
Moving to the rear of the caravan is the bathroom which runs the full width and comprises of a Thetford Cassette toilet, vanity unit sink and a full-size shower cubicle, all set off with dark wood and cream units and mirrored cupboard above the sink. There are built-in hangers for towels and robes in the bathroom and as with the rest of the caravan it has perfect lighting.
The bed consists of a 7 zone mattress and will be no doubt as comfortable as your mattress at home and each person has reading lights above the headboard. The large storage space beneath the bed houses the Blaupunkt amplifier and subwoofer for the DAB stereo system.
The U-shaped large lounge area really shows off this caravans' extra width and can comfortably seat six people around the large ornately finished table. The seats are upholstered with top-quality fabrics and perfectly match the quality finish of the great of the caravan.
Moving outside there is a Thule hitch-mounted bike rack which can carry two bicycles. The hitch itself is the Winterhoff stabilising hitch and comes with the Winterhoff Robstop security lock. The chassis has been uprated and gives the vehicle an MTPLM of 1600kg. The two-tone bodywork and the polished alloy wheels really sets this Hobby out from the crowd and will no doubt have people on site asking to have a peek inside.
This caravan has been serviced on 24th April 2021 by an NCC Approved workshop and has passed with flying colours, having also been serviced in 2018 and 2019 by Approved workshops. Grab yourself an absolute bargain as this is the cheapest Hobby with these specifications in the UK!
