This is a very high specification, lightweight, fixed bed and end-washroom touring caravan which comes with lots of quality extras. The new owner of this caravan will be holidaying in real comfort! It will be serviced by an independent NCC Approved workshop and cleaned prior to being sold. It is in excellent condition inside and out, having been well looked after by its previous owners. As with many of our caravans this comes this caravan comes with a number of extras, such as : Sunncamp Swift 260 inflatable awning, Leisure battery, 2 x gas bottles ( one new & unused), gas spanner, Aqua Roll & water pump, Wastemaster & waste pipe, hook up cable & other useful items
The SE is one of the lightest caravans on the market to feature a fixed double bed on a manoeuvrable single axle and with the Lexon range, Lunar also managed to include a very high level of equipment and plush furnishings, without skimping on space in the caravan.
Externally, the Lexon has a modern look, with 3 double glazed windows at the front, white front and rear full height ABS panels and gloss white aluminium sides. The outside is set off by bright silver alloy wheels, and attractive grey and silver graphics. Outside, there is a gas BBQ point and 240v socket. The caravan is built on an Al-Ko galvanised chassis, featuring modern equipment such as shock absorbers, assisted handbrake and stabiliser, plus a receiver for an Al-Ko Secure wheel lock. The spare wheel is stored in the underslung Al-Ko carrier.
The 2 piece Hartel stable door has a fly screen and black out blind and leads to an attractive and high spec interior. The front windows, like the windows throughout the Lexon, are double-glazed polyplastic and have night ventilation latches, fly screens, curtains and black out blinds. The lounge/living area has seating for 4, which can be converted into 2 single beds or a double (using 'pull out slats' which are stored under a chest of drawers). The chest of drawers has a table which can be extended out to provide an area which is large for two to dine and there is a larger folding table if required, stored in it's own locker. The large Heiki roof light provides a light and airy feel to the lounge and provides plenty of ventilation. The soft furnishings and detachable carpets are in a contemporary 'Fausto' design. Under the drop-in 'Bamboo' carpets is a hardwearing, oak effect vinyl flooring. There is a TV point, which connects to the Status digital aerial with amplifier as well as external digital and satellite connection points. There is a high quality fitted CD/radio with 4 speakers. There is yet more storage here in the overhead aircraft style lockers and under the seats and all the furniture in the caravan are finsihed in 'Chestnut' effect.
Moving back from the lounge, the well equipped kitchen has a 3 ring gas hob, a domestic style grill and separate oven with 'Spark' ignition, and a fitted microwave oven. There is a good sized stainless steel 'argent' sink and drainer with a mixer tap and glass lid. The Thetford 112 litre 3-way fridge has digital controls and is large enough to provide all the food storage necessary for a family holiday. The kitchen also features ample storage for food and utensils, including pull out storage trays and there is a smoke detector. Opposite the kitchen is a TV unit unit which also houses the Truma 3002 duel-fuel heating system.
Moving back through the Lexon SE, the most distinguishing feature of the Lexon SE is the spacious fixed double bed which is offset to the nearside of the caravan. The bedroom also features a very comfortable sprung mattress and padded headboard. The mattress lifts up on gas struts to enable access to the huge storage area underneath the spaceframe. There are overhead aircraft style lockers, reading lights a large wardrobe with hanging rail and a Heiki roof light. The bedroom has a concertina style partition, providing the occupants with privacy from the rest of the caravan.
In the rear of the caravan, a domestic style door and handle leads to the washroom which features a spacious, fully-lined shower cubicle with a chrome mixer tap and shower head, Thetford C-250 swivelling toilet, and a washbasin with chrome mixer tap, in a vanity unit.
