This caravan is now with us and has been fully serviced ready for its new owners. It comes with a great deal of extras included. The list includes: PowrTouch motor mover, full Isabella awning which was new in 2019 and described as in "very good" condition by the owners, hitch lock, wheel clamp, Aqua roll, Wastemaster, hook-up cable, and a new leisure battery fitted in the summer of 2021.
This 5 berth caravan is in great condition! The upholstery, carpets, furniture, body and paintwork are in excellent condition. This is a 1 previous owner caravan and the owners were non-smokers. It is Cris registered and the caravan is complete with all the manuals and paperwork.
This caravan has an extremely practical layout. At the front, the spacious lounge area has two single beds or a large double utilising a pull out slat system mounted under the chest of drawers, which has a fold-out table. There is plenty of storage in the overhead aircraft style lockers and also under the seats which have access via doors at the front. Above this sitting area is a large Heiki roof light. The soft furnishings are of a contemporary design and a light in colour making the caravan a nice place to sit/live.
A well appointed kitchen is positioned in the mid section. The kitchen has a three ring hob (gas) and single electric hot plate, separate grill and oven, 3-way fridge with ice box and a large stainless steel sink and draining board. There is ample food/utensil storage space and worktops. There is a small roof light situated above the cooker, and an inbuilt microwave.
The bathroom has a shower cubicle, Thetford cassette toilet, sink, mirror and a cupboard. Next to the bathroom is a good sized wardrobe.
At the rear of the caravan is a second sitting area which can be converted into 3 berths. A bunk folds out of the rear wall over a double bed. Overhead lockers are above the beds. Under the berths is yet more storage. There is a large roof light giving an airy feel. This rear bedroom can be partitioned off from the rest of caravan by means of a concertina sliding door.
All windows are fitted with independent blackout blinds, fly-screens and curtains. There is a stable door also fitted with a fly screen.
The Truma blown air heating and space heater work off electric and gas. The Truma water heater can also be used with electric or gas.
There is a 'flush fit' awning/exterior light, an 240v electric socket in the front locker and an external BBQ point.
This is an ideal caravan for a family looking for a great tourer which can be towed behind large family car.
