Just arrived. Be very quick with this one - these large twin axle caravans are extremely sought after and this one comes with a good deal of extras which include: Hook up cable, Keys - 1 spare, 4 x Brand new tyres, PowrTouch Evolution Twin Axle Mover, Hitchcock, Wheel Clamp, Aqua Roll, Wastemaster, 1x Gas Bottle, Caravan step, Levelling Ramps, Hitch cover & gas spanner. Leisure battery approx 2 years old, Inflatable awning, (Westfield Air Awning 350), and Full Isabella Forum 1075 awning with carbon/steel poles. 

 

This caravan is just in and will be serviced by the onsite NCC Approved workshop prior to being sold. There is no doubt that with the very flexible layout option that this caravan would suit a large family on a seasonal pitch. The layout allows sleeping for up to four individuals to the rear of the caravan with 4 bunks being one of the optional layouts. Alternatively the rear can be one large double, or two singles - as well as the rear also being able to be used as a good sized dining area. The whole area can also be seperated from the rest of the caravan using the concertina blind. 

 

To the front of the caravan are two settees which also can be turned into two singles or more often than not one large double bed. There is a drawer unit with two draws, a pull down flap for storage at floor level and also a pull out table which can be used instead of the larger table stored in the kitchen area. There is a large fixed front "Sky light" and also a large Heki skylight, as well as the three front opening windows, all with integrated fly screens and black out blinds. With the overhead and under sofa lockers there is no shortage of storage space in this caravan.

 

Moving to the middle of the caravan is the kitchen to the nearside and the bathroom to the offside. The kitchen consists of a three hob gas burner and one electric hot plate, with a seperate grill and oven below. There is a stainless steel sink and mixer tap, and a large under counter fridge with freezer box. There is also a head height bulit in microwave, and plenty of storage lockers both above and below the work surface which also is a very good size. With a caravan that can sleep six you would expect the kitchen to be able to cope and in this caravan it is more than up to the task.

 

Opposite the kitchen is the bathroom which comprises of a Thetford cassette toilet with electric flush, vanity sink unit and seperate shower cubilce. Again there is storage both below the sink and above the toilet and the room has its own skylight and mirror. Next to the bathroom is large wardrobe and mirror. The caravan is heated using Truma blown air heating throughout the caravan and like the fridge can work on both gas and electric making this caravan useable no matter where you are or whatever the conditions.

 

Externally the caravan runs on an Alko twin axle chassis and comes equipped with the Alko A.T.C. anti snake trailer control system and Alko 3004 stabilising hitch. The caravan has just been fitted with 4 brand new tyres and will be given a full service prior to being sold in the onsite NCC Approved workshop. There is a large front locker, and an external gas BBQ point.

 

This caravan has a place within our otherwise full caravan storage facility (subject to availability).
