This Swift Fairway 550 is a Broadlane Caravans dealer special edition and is in tremendous condition throughout and has obviously been very well cared for by its present keepers. It benefits from having been stored indoors and comes with a new service carried out by an independant NCC Approved workshop for that extra peace of mind.
To the front of the caravan is the L-shaped lounge which has a good deal of storage from both its overhead lockers and under seat storage. The front of the caravan also benefits from a large picture window to the offside as well as a Heki 2 skylight making the inside of the living area very light and a pleasant place to just sit and relax. The lounge area is large enough to entertain 4 adults with ease and at night can be converted into a large double bed. There is a side board to place your TV with storage for more items both below this and above. Next to this is a large double wardrobe and also the Truma 3002 heater which blows hot air around the caravan using both electric and gas keeping the caravan nice and warm no matter what the external element throw at you.
Opposite this is the kitchen which comprises of a stainless steel sink and tap, a three burner gas hob with an electric hot plate, and a seperate oven and grill with a pan draw underneath. There is also an undercounter 3-way fridge, (the fridge does not work on gas). This kitchen is plenty big enough to prepare and cook food for a family and again comes with ample storage.
There is a central washroom which has a Thetford electric cassette toilet, sink and combined shower cubicle. Hot water is provided by a Truma Ultrastore boiler which runs on both gas and 240V.
To the rear of the caravan is the large fixed french bed running the full width of the vehicle. This gives a nice large double bed without the need to rearrange cushions etc each night before going to sleep. Again there are overhead lockers, and a large amount of under bed storage meaning that you will not be short when it comes for storage space.
This caravan is a layout which is hard to find, and would suit a couple who want a fixed bed layout, where they can keep their bed made and ready, whilst still having a comfortable amount of living space.
As with most caravans that Piran sell this caravan comes with the following extras: Motor mover, Porch awning (poled), Aqua roll, Waste master, Hook up lead, water pump, towing mirror, caravan step and a caravan cover which has never been used all of which are imcluded in the sale.
This caravan has a place within our otherwise full hard standing gated and CCTV monitored caravan storage facility (subject to availability).
