Just in this caravan will go through an NCC Approved full service prior to being sold for extra peace of mind. It was previously last serviced on May 30th 2022. It comes with a nearly brand new auto engage PowrTouch motormover and everything you need to tow it straight away on holiday included in the price. The extras with this caravan include: water pump, 2 sets of keys, hook up cable, Isabella Ambassador full length awning with breathable groundsheet, curtains, pegs and an annex in the same colour (coal), Powrtouch Evolution auto-engage motor mover, FullStop hitch lock, wheel lock, Aqua roll, Wastemaster, gas bottle, caravan steps, levelling ramps, pots and pans, waste pipe, gas spanner, plastic glass set, double bed mattress topper and a portable rotary clothes airer and a colour TV. The new owners will need nothing!
This caravan has had 2 owners from new, it has been stored for most of its life internally and each year for the past 3 years has been professionally cleaned and polished at the start of each season. Internally and externally is looks like new and you can tell it has been extremaly well cared for and has not had a lot of use.
As you step into the caravan the quality of this caravan is notable, as are the light coloured materials of the upholstery and wooden finish on the lockers and doors. The front two opposing settees turn into a large double bed for night use and are separated by a drawer unit to the front which can be used as a quick pull out table as well. There is plenty of storage provided by the overhead lockers and under the settees.
Situated in the centre of the caravan is the kitchen area, here there is an under-counter 3-way fridge freezer, large stainless steel sink and draining board, 3 gas burner and 1 electric hot plate hob, separate grill and oven and a built in overhead microwave. Opposite the kitchen is a wardrobe with draws below it, and a small side board perfect for a TV (a TV is included in the sale!). Here are also the controls for the Truma hot air and hot water heating system and the main 12 V power controls.
Moving further back is the main bedroom area which can be divided off from the rest of the caravan. Here there are twin single beds, both of which have good quality mattresses and both lift up to provide additional storage underneath. Again in the bedroom there is also additional storage in the over head lockers.
Behind the bedroom through a dividing door to the centre of the bedroom is the full width rear bathroom. Here there is a Thetford electric cassette toilet, vanity sink with a small cupboard below and handy shelves below it and to the left hand side to give even more storage. There is also a full sized shower cubicle with with mixer tap providing water at a perfect temperature for showers when away from home.
