Technical Specifications:
This highly sought after layour caravan is just one year old and has had just the one owner from new and has come from a smoke and pet free environment. It is presented in "as new" condition throughout, and really must be seen to be appreciated. It has a full service history having already had its first years service and has it Bailey warranty still remaining. It will also be serviced again by our independant NCC Approved workshop before being sold for even more peace of mind.
The rear island bed layout allows the whole rear of the caravan to be closed away from the front and offers a rear bathroom ensuite option. The island bed is on gas struts to enable you to use the under bed space as storage, and there are over head lockers and a wardrobe and side board with cupboard either side of the bed. There are also individual spotlights for night time use enabling one person to read whilst the other sleeps. A large Heki rooflight is above the bed providing ample natural light.
Moving forwards of the bedroom at the two bathroom areas either side of the caravan. One side consists of an electric flush toilet and vanity sink area, and the opposite side has a fully enclosed shower cubicle. The shower cubicle has NEVER been used! There is then a door across the entry to the bathroom which shuts the whole rear of the caravan off from the rest of the caravan.
The central kitchen has everything you need to be a home from home. There is a Dometic 3 way fridge freezer, a Dometic microwave, a large round stainless steel sink with mixer tap and drainer, a 4 burner gas hob, and a Thetford grill and oven. The area has its own storage compartments both above and below.
The front of the caravan is the living area where there are two opposing settees in a light modern fabric matched with curtains and scatter cushions. There is a drawer unit to the centre which also has a pull out table top big enough to eat off or simply put down you drink whilst relaxing. The large front picture window and Heki rooflight provide a lot of natural light and leaves the whole area a very relaxing place to sit and chill.
Like most Piran caravans here that we sell, there are lot of extras included in the price and these consist of: water pump, hook up cable, hitch lock, SAS wheel clamp, Aqua Roll, Wastemaster, gas bottle, caravan cover, hitch cover, Fiamma pull out awning which is approx 12' wide but has NEVER been used!
