Technical Specifications:
This caravan has had virtually no road use as it has been used on a seasonal pitch since it was purchased. It is in excellent condition internally and will be given a wash externally once serviced, but it is onsite and available to be viewed.
The light fabric to the front of the caravan is enhanced further still by the large front panoramic rooflight. The opposing settees pull out to make a large double bed at night, making this a very useable 4 berth for families or if you have guests. The LED lights and built in stereo with speakers along with the central pull out table above the drawer unit make the front living area a nice place to sit and relax day or night.
The central kithen is a good size and well layed out, providing the occupants with ample space to cook a meal. There is a large sink with mixer tap, an under-counter 3-way fridge/freezer and a 3 gas burner and one electrical hot plate hob with an integrated oven and grill. Opposite this is a built in microwave and addtional cupboard storage to the overhead locker storage in both the kitchen and front of the caravan. There is even a lit drinks cabinet should you wish to display your tipple!
To the rear of the kitchen is the bedroom area. Here there is a large double French bed, which lifts up with the aid of gas struts to give a very large storage area beneath it. Again there are overhead lockers and subtle lighting in this area, as well as a large wardrobe opposite.
At the very rear of the caravan is the full width bathroom which houses the Thetford electric toilet cassette, vanity sink with storage beneath, a full size shower cubicle with Camel water saving shower head and a heated towel rail. Again there is additional storage in the shape of a two door cupboard.
The heating in this caravan is provided by the Alde wet central heating system and will keep this caravan nice and warm no matter what the weather is doing outside.
As with most caravans here at Piran this caravan sale includes a good deal of extras and these include: hook up cable, 2 sets of keys, Stronghold hitch lock, Alko wheel lock, wheel clamp, Aqua Roll, Wastemaster, 2 x gas bottles, fire extinguisher, caravan step, waste pipe, hitch cover, toaster and kettle.
This caravan has a place within our otherwise full hard standing gated and CCTV monitored caravan storage facility (subject to availability).
