Fixed bunk caravans don't come much better than this one. It is in immacluate condition throughout and has just been through an NCC Approved service for extra peace of mind. As with most Piran Caravans this one comes with a good deal of extras saving the new owner £££'s over purchasing from a dealership. Included in the sale are: Full size Isabella awning with curtains and storm straps, Aqua roll, Wastemaster, hook up cable, gas bottle, waste pipe, toaster, hitch cover, kettle, water pump, two sets of keys and Alko wheel lock.
As you can see from the photos the caravan is in fantastic condition both inside and out and has the layout so many families are looking for. The layout consists of a good sized front living area comprising of two opposing bench seats which convert into a large double bed giving comfortable sleeping for 2 adults. During the day the bench settees have a handy little pull out table and there are plently of overhead lockers as well as under seat storage areas for all of your belongings. Just behind the front settees and opposite the habitation door is the dinette area. No need to pull out a table here, just leave this set up and you have an instant dining area for four. However, at night this converts into another double bed. Meaning that this caravan at night can be configured to have two double beds and two fixed bunks enabling it to sleep six in comfort!
Opposite the dinette area is the kitchen which compises of a large sink, 3 gas hobs and an electrical hot plate, separate grill and oven, a built in micorwave and a large fridge freezer. Cooking for all 6 in this caravan is not a problem, nor is storing the food in the large fridge.
Moving to the rear of the caravan are the two fixed bunks, each with its own window and privacy curtain. Fixed bunk caravans are hard to find and ones in this condition even harder! Finally moving the very rear of the caravan through its own separate door is the full width bathroom. A Thetford toilet cassette unit is to one side and a large shower cubilce is to the other and they are separated by a vanity sink and mirror.
Heating and hot water is provided by a Whale system which also provides the central heating which is blown hot air throughout the caravan.
This caravan has a place within our otherwise full hard standing gated and CCTV monitored caravan storage facility (subject to availability).
