This lovely single axle 6 berth caravan has front and rear lounges, with the rear lounge area converting into bunks on both sides enabling 4 people to sleep at the back and 2 at the front in a large double. It is unusual to get a single axle 6 berth and this one comes with all the extras needed to just hitch up and tow it away, even a motor mover! The extras included in the price consist of: Power Touch motor mover, Suncamp Swift Delux 390 Porch awning purchased 2022, water pump, hitch lock, Alko wheel lock, Aqua roll, Wastemaster, hook up cable, gas bottle, caravan step, waste pipe, hitch cover, caravan towing mirrors, and cleaning products.
The caravan will also go through a full NCC Approved workshop service prior to being sold giving that extra peace of mind for its new owners.
The front lounge area has two light coloured upholstery settees which have storage below and in the overhead lockers which continue around the entire front area of the caravan. There is ample light to the front through the large Heki rooflight and there is a pull out table large enough for two above the central 3 draw unit.
In the centre of the caravan to the nearside is the kitchen area which consists of a 3-way under counter fridge, 3 gas and one electric hot plate hob, integrated grill and oven, large sink with chrome tap and built in overhead microwave. This kitchen has additional overhead lockers as well as a cupboard below the sink with a cutlery draw.
Opposite the kitchen is the central bathroom where there is an enclosed shower cubicle, vanity sink with mirror and a Thetford electric cassette toilet.
To the rear of the caravan is the second lounge area. This again has a pull out table and drawer unit and storage both below the settees and in the overhead lockers which like the front run the full way around the area. The settees in this lounge area are both longer than the front ones, and above them pull out two more additional bunk beds. There is plenty of natural light from the winodws on all three sides and the large Heki rooflight.
Once inside this caravan is feels much larger than you would think, and even with people using both ends simultaneously there is still plenty of room.
This caravan has a place within our otherwise full hard standing, gates and CCTV monitored caravan storage facility (subject to availability).
