The Bailey Olympus range is constructed using Bailey's Alutech body and sits on an Al-Ko galvanised chassis. This model comes with the Al-Ko 3004 stabiliser, Al-Ko ATC (anti snaking device), and alloy wheels all as standard, making this caravan look modern and extremely safe when towing.
Like all caravans sold by Piran, this caravan will be fully serviced by and NCC Approved workshop prior to being sold for that extra peace of mind. Also like most caravans Piran brokers this one comes with a lof of extras included in the price saving the new owners a lot of money. Included in this sale are: Westfield 390 Air porch awning, Suncamp Icon full awning, ground sheets, pump, pegs, Power Touch Freedom motor mover, hook up cable, Aqua Roll, Wastemaster, gas bottle, fire extinguisher, caravan step, waste pipe, caravan cover and caravan towing mirrors.
The Bailey Olympus 525 has a large 'U-shaped' front seating area with overhead lockers running the full way around, as well as storage beneath both of the settees enabling a lot of items to be stowed neatly away. The light upholstery along with the front and side windows as well as with the large skylight make the caravan a very open space which is extremely well lit by day naturally but then also by night by the spotlights. At night the bed pulls out to give a large sized double, 6'6x5'6'.
Moving back and opposite the stable habitation door is the kitchen area. Here you will find a Thetford 107 litre fridge with full width freezer compartment, a Spinflo 4 burner hob, an under counter Spinflo grill and oven, a large sink with mixer tap, and microwave oven.
Opposite the kitchen area along the offside of the vehicle is the central bathroom. Here there is a inboard shower unit with ceramic ball mixer tap, Thetford C-250 cassette toilet and sink. Hot water and heating are both supplied by Truma units. Heating by a Truma 3002 3kw gas heater with electronic ignition, silent running night setting and supplementary 230v Ultraheat syste. Hot water by a Truma Ultrastore water heater (gas/electric operation).
The rear of the caravan also has two opposing settees, with a small fold out table which can be used as a place to eat or just sit and relax away from the front of the caravan. At night there is an option of another large double bed, and a single bunk above.
This layout of caravan has always been popular with families, and with the number of extras included, you will find it hard to beat.
