This 2021 caravan comes with a full service history and has also just had an additional NCC Approved workshop full service for that extra peace of mind for the new owners. It is in excellent condition throughout and comes with all the extras you need to hitch up and tow straight away on holiday. Included in the price are the following: Aqua Roll, Wastemaster, 2 gas bottles, hook up cable, water pump, water pipe to enable it to be connect to a main water supply on a fully service pitch, caravan step and levelling ramps. It also includes a Nemisis hitch lock and wheel lock.
The layout of this caravan with its fixed French bed suits a couple who are looking for the fixed bed option meaning that they do not have to spend time each day putting the bed up and down each night. It also allows two more people to sleep at the front once the two opposing settees are made up into a large double (please see layout photo below).
Despite its features it is still a very light weight four berth enabling it to be towed by more vehicles. It also comes with a 3-way fridge, seperate gas hob with a combined oven/grill. LED lights throughout give plenty of light but use very little power. The rear bathroom consists of a shower, Thetford electric cassette toilet and sink. With heating and hot water being supplied by Truma which can be run on either electric hook up or gas.
