Lunar are famous for building caravans which are large and spacious but weigh less than their competitors and this one with its fixed transverse island bed has an MTLPM of just 1430KG meaning it can be towed by a good sized family car and does not need a large SUV to pull it.
The design of this caravan means the whole rear of the vehicle can be used as a bedroom, enabling you to be separated from anyone at the front. With the central bathroom layout as well this ensures that nobody has to come through the bedroom to use the facilities. The large island bed has room all around it enabling both occupants to get out without the need for one person to climb across another. There is a large storage area under the bed as well as overhead lockers and nice LED spot lights should you wish to read whilst in bed. There is also a large skylight as well as a normal ceiling light.
The centrally located bathroom consists of an enclosed shower cubicle, vanity sink and large mirror and an electric Thetford cassette toilet. Opposite the bathroom is a very large wardrobe and next to that the kitchen area.
The kitchen is very modern in its appearance and is well equipped. There is an over head built in microwave oven, an undercounter 3-way fridge, large washing up/food preparation area with chrome mixer tap and built in oven and hob with separate grill and oven. The overhead lockers are backlit, and there is a large LED strip light above the counter. Storage wise there is a large cupboard next to the fridge and pots and pans locker under the cooker.
Moving to the living area of the caravan there is a nice sideboard area where the Truma heater (which runs on both 240V and gas) is situated, and once again more storage above this in another overhead locker. Then at the front of the caravan are two opposing settees in matching grey and with scatter cushions, these can be left as two single beds or pulled out to make one large double. There is a two drawer unit at the very front that has a pull out table which is plently large enough for two people to eat from and more overhead lockers and under seat storage for all your belongings. There are two very nice and subtle lights at head height, and the whole area is gets its natural light from the large rooflight and windows all around. All windows have matching curtains as well as flyscreens and black out blinds.
