This lovely 2 berth caravan comes from a smoke and pet free family, it has all of the user manuals and some service paperwork from the previous 4 years. In addition to this the caravan will be fully serviced by an NCC Approved Workshop prior to leaving site for that extra peace of mind. It may only be a 2 berth but has all the features of a larger 4 berth caravan, but without the weight, thus enabling this caravan to be towed by a much wider field of tow cars.
As with a lot of vehicles we sell from Piran this one comes with a lot of expensive extras and this one is no exception, included in the price comes: motor mover, full awning, caravan cover, Aqua Roll, Wastemaster, waste pipe, gas bottle, caravan step, hook up cable, TV and a leisure battery which was only purchased towards the end of 2022.
As you step into this caravan you see the well equipped kitchen area with extendable worktop, stainless steel sink with chrome mixer tap, Thetford Aspire 2 cooker with 3 gas burners, 1 electric hot plate and a separate grill and oven. There is a good sized Dometic 3-way fridge and also a built-in over head microwave. There are storage cupboards next to the microwave as well as under the worktops. Opposite the kitchen a side board area with further storage both below and above as well as electrical sockets and an aerial socket of the TV.
To the front of the caravan are two opposing settess. Both long enough to be used a single beds but when pulled out also large enough to make a large double. Above the whole area are over head lockers, with further storage under the settees as well as the 3 drawer unit to the front of the caravan that has a pull out worktop giving ample space for eating or playing games in the evening.
There is a lot of natural light throughout the caravan but the feature rooflight (moonroof), runs from the kitchen and over the lounge area and also has built in LED spotlights around it.
The whole rear of the caravan is a full width bathroom area. Here there is a full sized shower cubicle with a chrome mixer, riser and shower head. There is a vanity sink with large mirror, a Thetford electric cassette toilet and as with the living areas of the caravan plenty of storage including two wardrobes.
The heating and water are all heated using a Truma Combi boiler with its LCD control panel being situated on the wall as you walk in.
With all the extras included in the price this caravan presents excellent value for money and would allow the new owners to simply hitch up and go.
