This Bailey Phoenix+ 644 is in immaculate condition, a very well looked after caravan by its previous owner. Like all other Caravans here at Piran, this Bailey Phoenix will go through an NCC Approved Workshop full service for that extra peace of mind and comes with a handy amount of extras included in the price, ready for its new owner to tow away to their next holiday. These extras include, hitch cover, Milenco wheel clamp, hook up cable, TV, carpets, Wastemaster, Aqua roll and a caravan step.
As you enter this immaculate caravan you are met with a very contemporary internal grey flooring, matched with the two-tone finish granite-effect worktops directly ahead which hosts a large stainless steel wash basin and stainless steel mixed tap. Beneath this, there is a very large draw with a double door cupboard, perfect for storage. To the left are two very modern settees which converts into either 2 single beds or put together as a double also hosting a brilliant amount of storage space. In the centre at the front of the caravan is a large panoramic window, either side of the 2 smaller windows allowing a beautiful amount of light into the vehicle. Beneath the window is a TV on top of an extendable end table, along with 2 handy draws and a spacious cupboard underneath. Above the settees there are 2 open corner shelves accompanied by 2 JVC built in speakers and CD player. Next to each of these shelves there is even more storage with overhead compartments.
To the right of the wash basin there is an extra work surface of which lifts up and you are presented with a 4 burner gas hob, which is connected to a twin cavity cooker. Opposite this is a Dometic icebox fridge with 2 handy salad draws along with another work surface. Above this work surface there is a matching Dometic microwave with yet another overhead compartment.
Beyond the food preparation area, the bedroom has 2 wardrobe and locker units either side of the bed, both also providing small ledge areas. There’s some padding for the headboard area along with 2 LED spotlights for nighttime reading, plus two overhead lockers and a short section of open shelving between them. Above the transverese bed with Comfort Max matteress is a small skylight, allowing a nice amount of light in throughout the day but also offers the opportunity to gaze at the stars late at night. The bed also hosts plenty of storage space underneath along with the Caravans main table.
Through the sliding door into the full width bathroom is an electric toilet, above which hosts a large toiletry cupboard. A very well lit bathroom due to the dual skylights. In front of the toilet is a vanity sink, with more storage space beneath this. As you enter the large enclosed shower cubicle, you are met with the second skylight which offers a brilliant amount of daylight, also enlargening the feel of the bathoom area.
