This lovely 3 berth Elddis Affinity 530 has a full service history, all its manuals and handbooks and comes from a pet free and smoke free owner who only used it twice due to work committments. It has also had a bunk conversion added to the dinette area actually making it a 4 berth. It will go through an NCC Approved Workshop full service prior to being sold for that extra peace of mind, and all new owners are offered a free hand over here on site to ensure you know how everything works pior to setting off on your travels.
As with a lot of the caravans sold here at Piran, this caravan comes with a lot of extras included in the price. To buy the following items separately would cost well over £1000 and here they are all included in the sale price. With this particular caravan the owner has left: Kampa Airpro 260 inflatable porch awning with breathable ground sheet, curtains, storm straps, pegs and other flooring. A PowerTouch Evolution motor mover, water pump, hook up cable, Aqua Roll, Waste Master, gas bottle, caravan step, levelling ramps, hitch cover, towing mirrors, BPW wheel lock, travel cover, Hitachi TV and more.
The Elddis Affinity range of caravans was constructed using the Elddis SoLid construction system which employs a proven chemical bonding solution to replace more than 90% of the screws and bolts normally used in building a caravan. The Affinity range also came with a high specification throughout which incuded the Alde Wet central heating system and BPW hitch stabiliser as standard fittments.
The ever popular side dinette layout enables an eating space to be left up without affecting the living area of the caravan, leaving you with space to relax, watch TV, read a book or simply enjoy the light and well lit space. This dinette area has a bunk conversion fitted to it enabling it to be converted into a bunk bed at night with a curtain that can be pulled across for some privacy from the rest of the caravan.
Opposite the dinette area is the kitchen, this consists of a 4 burner hob (3 gas and one electric hot plate), a good sized sink and worktop space for for preparation, an under counter oven with separate grill and next to this plenty of storage with a cupboard and drawers. There is also an undercounter fridge freezer which operates on both gas and electric so can be used on a serviced pitch and also off grid. Opposite this is a built in microwave oven and even more storage both in the over head lockers and under counter cupboards.
To the rear of the caravan is a full width bathroom with Thetford electric toilet cassette, vanity sink unit with a mirror above and storage cupboards below and a full sized shower cubicle. Hot water and heating throughout the caravan is supplied by an Alde wet central heating system ensuring this caravan is kept warm throughout the year no matter what the weather is doing outside.
The front lounge area has two opposing settees which are separated at the front by a drawer unit that has a pull out table large enough for two to eat from, or to hold some wine glasses whilst playing a game. The settees pull out to make a large double bed and both have storage below them to compliment the large number of overhead lockers which run along both sides of the caravan but also above the front window ensuring there is ample storage for a family of four. All the windows and rooflights come with fly screens and black out blinds and there are also curtains throughout to give a nice homely finishing touch.
To sum up, this is a lovely caravan which would suit a couple who want a good sized eating area, or a family of four using the bunks. It comes "fully loaded" with all the extras you need and more which makes the price of this caravan excellent value for money.
