This 2012 Swift Challenger 530 is perfect for a family as it offers a front lounge which can convert into a double bed, a side dinette which will convert into bunk beds, a well-equipped kitchen and a large rear washroom with a toilet and separate shower. As with all caravans sold here at Piran Caravans this caravan will go through an NCC Approved Workshop prior to being sold giving the new owners that extra peace of mind.
Included in the sale price which will save the new owners a lot of money as they will not need to buy them are: Ventura Atlantic Verde full awning with carbon fibre poles and 2 annexe awnings to provide a lot of extra sleeping space options, a Power Touch motor mover (presently one motor is inop, but a new motor has been supplied and will fitted and tested during the service), Al-Ko hitch lock, 240v electrical hook up cable, fire extinguisher, caravan step, waste pipe, hitch cover and a portable solar panel.
The ever popular side dinette layout gives the option of a relaxing 2 berth caravan with a constant eating area, but also a 4 berth caravan utilising the dinettes bunk option in the evenings if desired.
This single axle caravan comes on an Al-Ko chassis with alloy wheels and the Al-Ko ATC electronic stabiliser system as well as the Al-Ko hitch stabiliser making towing the vehicle as safe a possible. Externally there is also a gas BBQ point and 240V socket outlet enabling you to plug in electrical devices whilst the awning is up safely.
This popular layout comprises of 2 singles or a 'pull out' double in the front of the caravan and the dinette in the midsection of the caravan can that can be transformed into bunk beds. In the rear of the caravan there is a very spacious bathroom with toilet, sink, vanity unit, large wardrobe and large separate shower cubicle.
The front section of the caravan has a lounge area with large panoramic windows, aircraft style overhead storage cupboards and a chest of drawers with a fold out table. The wooden slats for the pull out bed roll out from under these drawers. The lounge comfortably seats 4 people. Set into the roof of the lounge is a Heki roof light - this gives the lounge a light and airy feel as well as plenty of ventilation when fully opened. There are 2 TV points.
The 2 seater dinette, can be converted into 2 sturdy bunks (with ladder and safety rail). There is a privacy curtain that can be drawn around the bunks when they are in use.
There is a well appointed kitchen that comprises of a 3-way under counter fridge and small freezer section, head height microwave oven, 4 burner hob (3 gas, 1 electric hot plate), large sink with mixer tap and plenty of storage in the lockers above and below work surface.
The full width rear bathroom is very spacious and comes complete with a Thetford electric cassette toilet, vanity sinky with mirror, full sized enclosed "Walk in" shower cubicle and a large wardrobe.
The Truma blown air heating, space heater and Ultrastore water heater both work off electric and gas. The caravan is fitted with both 12V and 240V lighting system. All the windows are fitted with a fly screens, blackout blinds and curtains. The caravan comes complete with a factory fitted alarm system.
