The Bailey Pursuit 550/4 really is a lovely place to relax and holiday in. The two fixed single beds provide a lovely nights sleep and mean that your living area does not have to be packed away each night when it is just the two of you.
Whilst this caravan already comes with a full service history it will go through an independant NCC Approved workshop full service for that extra "Piran peace of mind" and like many caravans we sell on behalf of their owners, this one again comes with a lot of extras included in the sale price. With this particular the caravan they included: Reich motor mover, Venturs Cadet porch awning, Alko hitch lock, water pump, Aqua Roll, mains water kit for Aqua Roll when on a serviced pitch, Wastemaster, waste pipe, hook up cable, caravan step, levelling ramps, raising blocks for legs, mose weight gauge, hitch cover and towing mirrors.
As you step into this caravan the bright interior and decor make it a very relaxing place to be. The front lounge area is spacious and comes with a full length front shelf unit along the front of the caravan also has two drawers and a pull out table in the centre plenty big enough for two to eat from instead of using the larger fold out table. The large picture front window along with the side windows and skylights fills the caravan with natural light. At night the blackout blinds and curtains keep the light out and the area converts into a large double bed for when you have guests.
The kitchen has a 3 gas burner hob, a combined oven and grill, large stainless steel sink with chrome mixer tap, under-counter 3-way fridge Dometic fridge and a built in eye height microwave. There are plenty of storage options using the overhead lockers and large cupboard beneath next to the oven. Opposite the kitchen is a side board area for a TV, and the barn style door.
The sleeping area is again well catered for storage wise with overhead lockers and also space under each bed. Each bed has its own reading light and window and Ozio constructed delux mattresses ensuring a good nights sleep.
The full width of the rear of the caravan which is entered into through a door to the centre of the two single beds is spacious and comprises of a vanity sink unit, Thetford C-260 electric cassette toilet and full enclosed shower cubicle with an Ecomcamel shower head.
Heating and hot water is supplied from a Truma Combi 2E heating system which can be run on either gas or electricity and will easily ensure that the occupants are kept warm no matter what the conditions outside.
This caravan has been kept in meticulous condition by its present owners and will make an excellent choice for a couple who prefer their own beds and the luxury of having an en-suite bathroom all in a caravan weighing just 1392Kg when loaded.
