Luxury caravaning does not come much better than this for a couple who sometimes have guests. Better than that, this caravan will have gone through an independant full service from and NCC Approved workshop prior to being sold, and comes with some very desirable extras all included in the sale price. This caravan comes with a Truma motor mover, Truma air-conditioning unit, Truma solar panel, Porch awning, electric hook up cable, wheel lock, hitch lock, Aqua Roll, Wastemaster, waste pipe, gas bottle, caravan step, toaster, TV all included in the price!
The main selling point though of this caravan is the rear of the caravan and its own bedroom area, with an island bed, so no climbing over the person next to you in the middle of the night! Each side of the island bed is a wardrobe and small shelf to hold your phone or a book. Above is more overhead lockers and the whole bed can be lifted on gas struts to enable full access to the underneath and the huge amount of extra storage space.
As you move from the bedroom there is a bathroom area, this runs the full width of the caravan and has a full enclosed shower cubicle on one side, Thetford electric cassette toilet on the other and a vanity sink with mirror seperating the two areas. There is storage under the vanity sink and in the cupboard on the wall. There are doors to seperate the bathroom from the rear bedroom and the forward part of the caravan. So if guests are staying they do not need to disturb the people in the rear bedroom to use the bathroom facilities.
Next is the fully equipped kitchen. Here you will find everything you need to prepare meals for even the largest of families. There is a 3 gas burner and one electric hot plate cooker top, seperate grill and oven, in built over head microwave and 3-way fridge freezer. Again there is plenty of storage in the overhead lockers and cupboards beneath the worktop to store all your cooking utensils and food.
The skylight in the kitchen area has been replaced with a Truma Air-Conditioning unit, which will keep the living area of the caravan nice and comfortable even in the hottest of summer days.
The front living area of the caravan has two opposing settees which at night can be converted into a large double bed. They are seperated at the front of the caravan by a drawer unit that has a pull put table plenty large enough for two to eat from or to hold your glasses whilst playing a board game. This whole area has ample storage with more overhead lockers and storage beneath each bench seat.
All of the windows and rooflights come with flyscreens and blackout blinds, and the caravan is lit throughout with dimable LED lights. Heating and hot water are supplied by the large Truma gas and electric combi boiler, keeping the caravan warm in the winter and able to supply enough hot water for showers etc.
This caravan layout is hard to find, let alone one which includes the extras this one comes with. Plus the added bonus of having gone through a full NCC Approved workshop full service for that "Piran Peace of Mind" - you won't be able to find better.
