As with most caravans sold through Piran Caravans this one comes with a lot of extras included in the sale price which if bought separately would amount to many hundreds of pounds. Included: motor mover, 800W solar panel, Bull Dog hitch lock, Aqua Roll, Wastemaster, waste pipe, electric hook up cable, gas bottle, caravan step, levelling ramps, front towing cover, mains water hook up adaptor and wheel lock.
Internally as you step through the habitation door the kitchen is in-front of you. Here there is a large sink with mixer tap, a 3 gas hob, separate grill and oven, an overhead built in microwave and an under-counter Dometic 3-way fridge freezer. You have everything you need to cook a large family meal or just a luxurious feast for two.
The front of the caravan consists of two opposing settees which at night join to make a large double bed should you have guests for the evening. There is a central drawer unit which has a pull put table that is plenty big enough for two to dine from or to play board games etc. There is also a separate free-standing table should you wish to seat more people. The whole of the caravan is well lit naturally and the front in particular with large windows, skylight and front panoramic fixed window. There are overhead lockers as well as spaces beneath the settees for your belongings.
As you move back past the kitchen you find the central bathroom area. This is a feature a lot of caravaners like as it separates the rear bedroom from the occupants at the front, meaning that people staying at the front can use the bathroom at night without the need to come through the main bedroom area. The bathroom has a Thetford electric cassette swivel toilet, vanity sink and mirror and a separate enclosed shower cubicle. There is no need to use the campsite facilities with this layout unless you chose to.
The whole rear of the caravan is where you find the Master bedroom with its large fixed central island bed, either side of which each person has their own wardrobe and small bedside table. The bed itself can be lifted up on its gas struts to reveal a huge storage space beneath it. The mattress is the highly regards Duvulay one which is now fitted to all high end vehicles. On the wall at the foot of the bed is a TV bracket for those lazy mornings or late night movie nights.
The heating and hot water are all supplied by the Truma system with easy to operate controls on the wall above the habitation door, which is where you will also find the main control panel for the caravan lights and electrical systems.
This is almost certainly a caravan that is going to be used by a couple who ants the luxury of a fixed rear island bed and effectively a bathroom ensuite layout. With all the extras included and the knowledge it will have been through an NCC Approved workshop full service this really is one not to be missed.
