Rear island bed caravans are always popluar as they make ideal luxury caravanning for two people, who may have guests every now and then. This rear island bed caravan was delivered to site and has been used as a seasonal pitch ever since. It has motor mover which has never been used, a full sized Bradcott awning with pegs, storm strap and flooring, hitch lock and wheel lock, Aqua Roll, Wastemaster and waste pipe, electric hook up cable, water pump, 2 x gas bottles, caravan step, front cover, TV, gas spanner, took kit, extra chairs, cupboards and an oven. All of this is included in the sale price and saves you thousands of pounds compared to buying from a dealership who then sell you all of the above "extras".

To the front of the caravan there are two opposing settees which at night can be made into a good sized double bed. Under each settee is a storage locker and above on both sides are overhead lockers giving a lot of storage space. To the front in the centre is a drawer unit with a pull out table which is big enough for two to eat from, however, the caravan also has a larger free standing table if more eating space is required.
The kitchen area is well equipped with a large sink and mixer tap, a dual fuel hob, seperate oven and grill, an under counter 3-way fridge freezer and a built in microwave oven. The owner has also left an additional table top oven which is still in its box.
The centre of the caravan is the bathroom area. This enables guests to use it without the need to pass through the rear bedroom area. It also gives the rear bedroom an en-suite feel. In the bathroom there is a Thetford electric cassette toilet, vanity sink unit and a shower cubicle. Hot water and heating are supplied by Truma and again this is dual fuel which enables you to caravan "off-grid" should you wish and still enjoy all the creature comforts.
The rear of the caravan is where the master bedroom is situated. A large double fixed island bed dominates the area with a wardrobe each side. The bed itself is on struts to reveal a huge storage area beneath it, and the awning is currently stored there.
