The Swift Fairway 470 caravan comes with the ever popular rear fixed French bed layout giving the occupants a full sized double bed to the rear whilst leaving the front and centre of the caravan for socialing and relaxing. No need each night to set a bed up as it is there ready for you. With the rear end of the caravan also being able to be closed off using a pull out screen should one of you want to get up earlier than the other.

Included with this Swift Fairway 470 comes: PowrTouch motormover, hitch lock, wheel clamp, Aqua Roll, water pump, electrical hook up cable, Wastemaster with additional waste pipe, gas bottle, caravan step, levelling ramps, caravan cover and a nearly brand new 100Ah leisure battery.
To the front of the caravan are two opposing settees which at night turn into the large double bed should you wish guests to stay the night. Under these settees and above them are storage lockers enabling you to store your belongings with ease. To the centre at the front of the caravan is a pull out table large enough for drinks or to play a board game. There is a good sized skylights as well as plenty of windows all with fly screens and black out blinds, meaning plenty of natural light during the day but complete darkeness at night.
The centre section of the caravan is the kitchen area. Here you will find a built in head height microwave oven, a large sink with chrome mixer tap, a 4 burner hob with a separate grill and oven, electric extractor fan and an undercounter 3-way fridge freezer. There are large storage cupboards both above and below enabling you store all of your provisions.
Opposite the kitchen area is a very large wardrobe which is plenty long enough to hold coats and dresses and below this is the Truma blown air heating system which works on both gas and 240V and blows warm air throughout the caravan keeping it a pleasant temperature no matter how cold it is outside.
Opposite the bed is a shower and toilet cubicle and a separate sink area with mirrror. Under the bed, which lifts up on gas assisted struts is a huge storage area for bulky items and comes in very handy.
To the exterior of this caravan is a bbq point and aerial socket in the battery compartment.
