This is a great vehicle to start your "van life" experience. Having covered just 58K miles from new and having been serviced impeccably by its owner this campervan running on a Nissan DCI 100 diesel engine with 6 speed manual gearbox has barely been broken in. (There is a comprehansive file of paperwork showing all the servicing it has had done with the owner having spared no expense ensuring its upkeep). The Nissan engine is known for its reliablity and fuel economy and provides ample power to ensure this campervan will smoothly cruise at motorway speeds all day long. It has remote central locking, electric windows, electric mirrors, stereo controls on the steering wheel which control a Sony CD stereo head unit that has speakers in the cab and living area.
Both front seat in the cab rotate to enable them to be used in the habitation side of the living area. Access through the very large sliding door is easy and with the rock and roll bed in the seating position the floor space in this camapervan is exceptional. There is a dometic 3-way fridge with small freezer box which is large enough to hold a good weekends food and ice, and running on gas as well as electric enable you to camp "off-grid". There is a Smev 2 gas hob cooker, a large stainless steel sink with mixer tap as well as a further stainless drainer which comes in very hand when washing up or even preparing meals. Under the Smev hob there is pull out cutlery draw and under the sink and drainer are further cupboards giving a great deal of storage space. There is a further storage space above the driver cab which is where the free standing table is stored which when put up enables 4 people to eat from with ease.
The habitation electrics are controlled by a Sargent EC200 controller. Here you can control and monitor battery life, water and waste tank levels, as well as control you pump for the tap. Next to this is the control for the electrically operated large main skylight and next to that the heater control unit. Here there is also the control unit for the solar panel which enables you to monitor how much power the solar panel is supplying.
There is a place for you to mount your TV where there are also 2 x 240V sockets, a 12V socket and a TV aerial socket. This campervan even has a roof mounted TV aerial to give you the best possible chance of great reception no matter where you park Your hot water is supplied by a Truma boiler which again can operate both on mains electric but also gas. So no matter where you camp you will have hot water, heating, as well as being able to cook and keep your drinks and food cold.
In the roof space above the habitation area is the pull out bed that once opened up gives enough space for two people to sleep. Directly below this is the pull-out rock and roll bed which again is a comfortable 2 person bed. There are lights throughout the vehicle ensuring there is plenty of lighting when it gets dark outside, and also even more storage in the rear cupboard/wardrobe which can be accessed whether the rock and roll bed is up or down. There are seat belts in the rear for two passengers making this a genuine 4 berth campervan.
