This caravan was registered in March 2023 and has had one owner from new. It has never been towed apart from being sited on a seasonal pitch and then to here. (It towed immaculately). As with all caravans sold through Piran Caravans Ltd this caravan will go through an NCC Approved Workshop full service for some extra "Piran Peace of Mind", but being the age it is it also still has manufacturers warranty (new owner will need to inform change of ownership with Bailey). Along with being in immaculate condition inside and out this caravan also comes with the essential extras needed to enable you to hitch up and go on holiday all included in the sale price. Included in the sale are: Aqua Roll, hook up cable, water pump, gas bottle, waste pipe, caravan step, caravan cover, front towing cover and a roll out sun canopy.
As you step into the caravan the kitchen is in front of you and comes with a full kitchen suite; large stainless sink and mixer tap, cooker with separate grill and oven and opposite is a good sized 3-way fridge/freezer and built in microwave. There is plenty of worktop space and cupboard for all of your food and crockery etc.
The front has two good sized opposing settees which at night pull out and convert into a large double bed. There is a three drawer unit to the front with a pull out table which is plenty large enough to hold some drinks or to eat off. Again there is plenty of storage in the overhead lockers and underneath both settees. The huge front panoramic window and large Heki roof light allows lots of natural light, and all windows throughout the caravan come with blackout blinds to enable a good nights sleep.
The transverse island bed has wardrobes either side for your clothing and belongings as well as over head lockers. In addition to this the bed itself lifts up on gas struts to give a huge storage space below. There is a small dressing table to the foot of the bed with a mirror and sockets for hair dryer or TV etc.
The full width rear bathroom consists of a Thetford electric cassette toilet, vanity sink and fully enclosed full sized shower cubicle and is a nicely sized bathroom.
Most people looking at this caravan will buy it as a luxurious 2 berth with its fixed double bed, large rear bathroom and plenty of living space to the front. In the condition it is in and with the accessories included this really is a phenomenal caravan to either upgrade to or for your first foray into the world of caravanning.
This caravan has a place within our otherwise full storage facility.
