This immacualte 2022 full service history caravan has had very little use from new hence the owner is selling it. When purchased they bought all the extras they needed to ensure as relaxing holiday experience as possible and are selling it now with all of the extras (which would cost thousands of pounds to buy), included in the sale price. As with all vehicles sold through our brokerage this caravan will have been through an NCC Approved workshop full service prior to sale giving the new owners that "Piran Peace of Mind". Included in the sale price of this caravan are the following extras: PowrTouch Evolution motor mover, Prima inflatable porch awning with breathable groundsheet, pegs, additional flooring and bedroom annexe, Fullstop hitch lock, 2 x wheel clamps, 2 x Fullstop Nemisis Ultra wheel locks, Aqua Roll, Wastemaster and waste pipe, electrical hook up cable, water pump, gas bottle, fire extinguisher, caravan step, toaster, kettle and towing mirrors. The tyres are fitted with a puncture resisting sealant and the caravan itself has a weight plate upgrade.
As you step into the caravan the extra width is immediately noticable giving the front seating area and mid dinette area so much more space. The two front opposing settees convert into a large double bed at night and have a large deep drawer unit inbetween them with a large pull out table which can be used as an additional table when required. The front skylight, panoramic fixed front window and three front windows make the whole front area a nice place to sit. There are overhead lockers on both sides as well as lockers under the two settees. The front of the caravan has a 240V socket as well as TV aerial point and usb sockets.
The centre of the caravan houses the dinette area to one side and the fully equipped kitchen to the other. The dinnete area with its U-shaped seating has a large fixed table that folds away at night enabling another double bed to be made up if required. There is a curtain which can be pulled around the whole area for privacy and its own lighting.
The kitchen comprises of a Dometic 3-way under-counter fridge freezer, large stainless sink and chrome mixer tap, head height built in microwave, 3- burner gas stove and a separate grill and oven. There is a pot cupboard below the cooker, a large cupboard between the fridge and cooker and more overhead lockers.
The rear of the caravan houses a fixed double french bed. This lifts up on gas struts to offer a huge storage area below it. There are full length wardrobes and more overhead lockers. The French bed has a Duvulay Gravity Luxe matteress to give the occupants a good nights sleep and this bedroom area can also be closed off with a curtain from the rest of the caravan.
Next to the bedroom at the rear of the caravan is the fully equipped bathroom. Here there is a Thetford electric cassette swivel toilet, vanity sink and large enclosed shower cubicle.
Heating and hot water are supplied by a Truma system which works on both gas and electric and combined with the 100W solar panel enables this caravan to work happily off grid when no mains electric is available.
As with all Swift/Sprite caravans this one runs on an Alko chassis and comes with an Alko stabilier hitch and four as new alloy wheels.
6 berth caravans this wide and with this layout do not come on the market very often, combine that with the extras included and the full service history we believe makes this caravan an outstanding proposition.
