At just under 1200KG fully loaded this caravan can be towed by smaller vehicles and yet still sleeps two in comfort, has a full width bathroom and well appointed kitchen.
It has a full service history with only one recorded keeper and will still go through a further NCC Approved workshop full service for that extra Piran Peace of Mind. Also like the majority of vehicles sold through our brokerage this caravan comes with a lot of extras included in the sale price which if they were to be purchased separately would cost a significant sum of your money. Included in the sale of this Lunar Cosmos 462 are: working motor mover, Alko secure wheel lock, Dometic porch awning with breathable ground sheet, curtains, pegs and storm strap, water pump, electrical hook up cable, Aqua Roll, Wastemaster, gas bottle, caravan step, front towing cover and a new leisure battery purchased in May 2024. There were also new tyres fitted to the caravan by the owner during its previous full service in March 2024. This caravan has been very well maintained by its owner and will make its new owners very happy.
The caravan runs on an Alko chassis with an Alko stabiliser and has lovely alloy wheels with new tyres fitted and comes with 13 pin electrics.
As you step into the vehicle the well appointed kitchen is in front of you. Here you will find an under counter 3-way fridge freezer, head height built in microwave oven, large stainless steel sink with chrome mixer tap, a 3 gas and 1 electric hot plate gas hob, separate grill and oven, there is also a place for pots and pans under the oven. There is plenty of storage in the overhead lockers and cupboards under the worktop. There is even an extending worktop if required.
Opposite this is a large sideboard with cupboards underneath. Here you could chose to place a TV or large items you may want to use when the caravan is sited. Again there are overhead lockers and a large cupboard underneath.
The front of the caravan has two opposing settees which at night convert into a double bed. During the day they give a bright place to sit and relax. They are separated at the front by a small drawer unit which has a pull out table plenty large enough to eat from or play cards etc. With windows on all sides, the front area is flooded with natural light during the day. However, in the evening all of the windows and skylights have both fly screens and blackout blinds ensuring the caravan is kept as dark as possible. Throughout the whole front of the vehicle there are further overhead lockers and there is additional storage under both of the sofas.
The whole width of the rear of the caravan is taken up with the bathroom. Here you will find a Thetford electric cassette swivel toliet, vanity sink with large mirror and a full sized enclosed shower cubicle.
For a 2 berth caravan this really does have a good deal of storage space which belies its actual size. You really have to see it to appreciate it.
