This Bailey Pageant Bordeaux has a very desirable layout with a fixed bed and a spacious bathroom at the rear of the caravan, a well equipped kitchen and a pull-out double or two single beds in the lounge at the front of the caravan.
The rear bedroom can be completely partitioned from the rest of the caravan, the TV station is positioned in the partitioning wall so that a TV can be viewed from either the bedroom or the front of the caravan. Above the fixed double bed, there are overhead storage lockers and there is plenty of storage under the bed, there are 2 reading lights positioned on either side of the bed. Also in the bedroom is a vanity unit with sink, mirror and cupboard.
The front section of the caravan has a spacious lounge area, with large aircraft style overhead storage cupboards, a small fold out table and a collapsible table which is neatly stored in its own recess. The lounge comfortably seats 4 to 6 people. Set into the roof of the lounge is a Heiki roof light - this gives the lounge a light and airy feel as well as plenty of ventilation when fully opened.
The well-appointed kitchen has a four ring gas hob, separate grill and oven all of which are unused, and a Thetford 117 litre 3-way fridge with a full width ice box. There is plenty of food/cooking utensil storage space, ample worktops and halogen down lighting. There is an Omni-vent dual action extractor fan.
The Truma blown air heating, space heater and Ultraheat water heater both are dual fuel (electric and gas). The caravan is fitted with both 12V (LED) and 240V lighting system. All the windows are fitted with a flyscreen, a blackout blind and curtains, the door has a full length fly screen. The battery charger has a 20Amp output. There is a smoke detector .
There is an inbuilt CD/Radio/MP3 player, a TV station with 230V, 12V and coax aerial sockets. Mounted on the roof is a digital compatible Status 315 aerial.
The bathroom/wet room has a Thetford cassette toilet with manual flush and shower unit.
There is an AL-KO chasis and stabiliser, 'flush fit' awning light and an external 240v socket.
